Description of Work: Aaron was very professional, on time, cleaned up. Had a small issue with project; Aaron came back to fix it, and company refunded $100. for not getting it right the first time. Very reputable people, great customer service.

Description of Work: Closet repair. Completed job within time frame, provided written estimate and focused on getting the job done. I did have to ask for the materials I had purchased to be left-was already packed in the truck.

Description of Work: nothing. claimed that we had mold in the shower so wouldnt do the work - seriously. I wasnt home at the time but thats what they told my wife. we had it checked and of course it wasnt mold, it was mildew!

Description of Work: I only received a quote from this provider. For the work the quote was way too high. They wanted only $150 for supplies but $1200 for labor. This was after a 10% discount.

Description of Work: Ron showed up on time and quickly re-sealed a shower door, repainted the wall and replaced my kitchen faucet. I had to reschedule the service because I had jury duty and they were very accommodating. A pleasure to do business with. I will use Repairs & Remodels again.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the work done by this company. They installed a security door, exterior light fixture and kitchen cabinet pull-out drawers, plastered and painted a wall, repaired a gate and contructed a gate. The workers were very professional, competent and prompt. I would definitely hire this company again.

Description of Work: They demolished a small greenhouse in the back yard and hauled away the debris. He didn't take all of the debris, as I had asked, because he didn't have room in his truck. So now I have to figure out how to get rid of the rest of the junk. He was 15 minutes later than we agreed on, and then he called someone (his employer?)on the phone, so work started 20 minutes later than arranged. That wouldn't have been a problem, but he quit after about 2 hours and 10 minutes, when we contracted for 2 hours and 30 minutes. I asked him to use the extra time to put up the house numbers over my garage door. He said he would have to charge me an extra $50 for that. So I paid $99 for 2-1/2 hours of work which included cleaning up after the job, but only got 2 hours and 10 minutes and the job wasn't completed because the cleanup was incomplete. I would use them again because these are fairly minor problems, but in the future, I will make sure I personally document the time the job started and ended so I get the full time.

Description of Work: Remodeled the Master Bathroom (Labor to replaced Mirror over vanity, Medicine cabinet, Toilet, sink hardware, re-tile floor, and shower. They hot mopped and dry packed the shower floor. Textured the walls, painted and installed towel bars. They will do what ever you want them to do to make the project to your satisfaction. Charles and Ron were very professional and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the end result.

Tried to get a late afternoon but that was not available either. It was tough finding a convenient date and time so it was a frustrating effort. Work was done well so I would recommend if you are home during most week days/

Description of Work: They completely remodeled an old bathroom, including removal of tub, tile, vanity, etc. The contractor Charles was easy to work with and provided all necessary information clearly in the contract. They always did what they said they would do and were responsive to any changes I requested. The workers were professional, personable, clean and efficient and completed the job before the promised completion date. I have started another remodel project in my home with them and would highly recommend them.
