Not a good experience. Promptness yes! First technician sent on 6/05/07, stayed all day, accomplished little, left on vacation the following morning. He presented me with a "change work order" for additional work needed before he could install the wall box in bathroom or evaluate the need for a new electrical outlet where the microwave is to be placed. By day's end, he had replaced 6 wall switches and cut a hole in the bathroom drywall. He had managed to sever the kitchen wiring so that my gas cook top igniter and toaster oven plug was out. The second technician arrived promptly the next day, 6/06/07, and efficiently completed everything in 2 and 1/2 hours as well as repairing the wiring that was severed by the first technician on the previous day. He determined the existing kitchen outlet was adequate for a new microwave. I had more things to be done but I would rather negotiate work and prices first hand with a technician and not through a 3rd party over the phone.

Outstanding - the work performed was beyond my expectations.

Jim was good but the scheduling was not too good because he was pulled from the job to finish other work.

Overall, good and timely. A little sloppy in clean up and finishing.

They were very good. At one point the electrician had to go to the store to get a part and he assured me that I was not going to be charged for the time. I was very very satisfied.

Did what was asked. Called in extra help to cut tile. Completed the job as expected.

Tim arrived as scheduled and took extensive notes as we gave him our list of projects. He consulted with the office and gave us the estimate. We immediately agreed and he started work. Tim communicated with us throughout the project and make adjustments as we requested them. The quality of the work was excellent and all the work was completed on time.

The company sent Mike, who was very pleasant and professional. The job was performed expertly and in a timely manner. The price seems fair. I especially like the way they don't mark up materials they purchase for the job. I wouldn't hesitate to call again!

Great! The person that came over was very professional. He knew what to do to fix the door, and explained what he was doing. He also installed the light fixture very efficiently. I will definitely use this company again!

The company rep arrived on time and estimated the job. He then went to the hardware store (we paid exactly what he paid) to get a few things he needed. Three hours later, the job was done!

Telephone contact was complete, professional & fully explained exactly how the work & charges were to be done. An appointment was scheduled to fit my schedule with minimal delays. The repairman, Rudy, showed up on time, was extremely cordial & clearly explained what needed to be done. A quote was given to me that was HALF of one received, by a different handyman. Work began immediately & was done professionally & with quality results in mind. Panels were screwed, instead of just nailed! The completed job, couldn't be any better. I'll use them again, without hesitation.

Handyman arrived promptly, and was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain several things to me as he did the work. He recommended options. This service goes to Home Depot and buys whatever you need. The customer is charged the cost of materials- no mark-up. The price was very reasonable.

Mercy, the phone contact, and the servicemen were both VERY professional. They arranged to meet me that very same day and began work the next morning. They presented many references and a professional portfolio to consult. He cleaned up after himself. Overall, this is the best handyman experience I have ever had.

Angelo came in on time, and sat down with me to explain exactly what he was going do. Not being the most crafty person, and being a single mom, having Angelo telling me what he was going to do, and why really put me at ease. While he was working I hardly even knew he was there. He did a great job. He matched the wall up so well that you can not even see where the hole was. He cleaned up after his job like he was never even there. Through out the whole experience the office staff was calling making sure everything was going well. All in all an excellent experience, and I will use them again.
