They replaced a rusted-out shower grab bar at my home. The workman arrived on time, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional in all respects. I appreciated the fact that we established a price for the work at the outset, and there was no need for me to be concerned about additional charges if the job ran a bit longer than expected. I thought the price reasonable. The work was done quickly and with little mess. He cleaned up afterward, and assured himself that I was satisfied with the results. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and plan to call on them again when I need household repairs or maintenance.

Travis did an outstanding job of installing my two doggie doors and making one ramp. The job was very professional and the cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend HOD to any individual.

I chose HOD for their expericence and competitive price and in the endm - I was very happy. They replaced 4 exterior doors with prehung doors. After the installation, there was a little problem. After I brought it to their attention, they immediately responded and fixed it perfectly. This folks are very concerned with customer satisfaction and that is very important. They passed the test and I highly recommend them.

Easy to deal with, prompt and efficient. A little on the expensive side, but the handyman worked with me to use some of the supplies I had on hand to lower cost and shorten the time to do the work. Work was completed timely and cleaned up after. No leaks! I'm happy with that.

The project was initially completed poorly. The work was not up to par for a professional installation and repair. However, one phone call and they had the problems fixed at no additional expense, in a timely fashion, and seemed genuinely concerned that I was displeased. Mistakes and poor workmanship can happen to anyone. It's what they do with that once they are made aware, that is the most important to me. If the job did not require a 2nd visit, I would have rated them with a 5 for price, customer service, and craftsmanship. Despite the hick-up, I plan on calling them for my next job.

This company was very cooperative about scheduling and re-scheduling; also gave us a reminder call the day before the appointment. There was a delay in the arrival time, but they called me promptly. The worker who showed up was clean, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would use this provider again.
