The worst company that I have ever worked with. The owner collects all the money before he completes the tasks. Iâ ve had several contractors come in afterwards and tell me this is the sloppiest and most unprofessional work they have ever seen in the process of filing a complaint with the contractor labor board. They used a spray paint gun on my patio and got paint all over my kitchen windows and contaminated my familyâ s garden. Owner makes excuses and lies. Crooked door trim. They left baseboards out in the rain overnight and installed them. They purchased the wrong swinging door and hacked away to make it fit rather than purchasing the correct door. They damaged doors and painted over them. I will be following up with the lawsuit information. Stay away!!!!! Youâ re been warned Update: You can see from the owner's response that he simply deflects and tries to talk about unrelated issues. The pictures speak for themself and the quality of this company's work. I feel sorry for a company that has to lower themselves to slandering their customers rather than showing the good work they've done. They can't show any good pictures of my home simply because there are NONE! This again highlights the unprofessionalism of this company. I'll go ahead and attach a screenshot of the owner's response in the event he tries to change his response. Again, Avoid this company! There are many other contractors out there that do quality work. This is NOT one of them.

I wish I could give zero stars I am so angry and disgusted with this company. We contracted Charles Gilbert company to install patio doors and deck in November. The first worker Charles sent out stayed gone a lot and we smelled alcohol on his breath. He had made several mistakes that my husband caught and spoke with him about. He apologized and sent a new crew out to correct and finish the work. The first set of doors they installed were in-swing instead of out-swing. Three weeks later, they brought a door that was the wrong size. We waited another three weeks. Finally, in FEBRUARY!!! they brought the correct door but they SHATTERED the glass during installation because they did not secure the door while working on it. Charles Gilbert promised to return in two weeks with ANOTHER door, then called and said he could not install it until the first week in March. Now Charles is saying he can not install on the 19th, but instead, the 27th of March. Charles was condescending and patronizing. He is refusing to finish the patio door. He and his company have been paid in full. They breached our contract twice previously. He is unscrupulous and fundamentally dishonest. He was given multiple opportunities to make these wrongs, right but chose instead to make excuses and offer lies. MY RECOMMENDATION: DONT HIRE HIM OR HIS COMPANY. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHES.

Charles called me right away after I looked on Home Advisors. He could do work right away and kept me updated along the way. I will use him again definitely

They did a good job to replace the rotted wood frames around my windows from the outside. They also took time to seal them. Will hire them again!

This is the second time I've hired these guys. This job was for installing new bathroom fans which included drywall repair. Billy did an excellent install job. It looks great! Charles is the one who does the estimates and billing. Great personality. Funny guy. I will be calling them again for sure! I have more for them to do and they are my #1 team to go to!

Jesse arrived promptly at appointment time and looked at job and provided service cost. The price was fair and he immediately did the job that same day. I am so happy with workmanship and professionalism that Jesse did for me. I will request him again for future jobs on my endless list that home ownership entails.

Friendly knowledgeable service; Excellent workmanship with attention to detail. I asked for shelves to be made in the kitchen and both bathrooms and they look a lot better than I imagined. I think I found my forever handyman service. They are coming again this morning for another project!

Ron is a master at carpentry, beautifully crafting a dog ramp for our new, elderly cocker to use, which she does regularly. He also repair dry wall and installed thick, sturdy baseboards in our bathroom expertly.

I hired this company to do some small projects The 2 workman who came - Gregg and Ron, were fantastic. They did a great job and a reasonable cost. Charles, the owner called to make sure that I was happy with job. I would highly recommend.
