Promptly received a call from Charles. He noted the items I wanted done and said he would be sending a qualified person to give me a written estimate. On the day of the appt. I got a confirmation call from Marissa in their office, and Tim showed up on time. I got the estimate, then called to schedule a work day. Tim showed up right on time and got to work. All of the scheduled tasked were completed, and the job areas were left clean. All the work was great, and when there was an issue, Tim took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it for me. Great outfit and I plan to use them again.

Overall, I have been pleased. There were a couple of communication issues regarding scheduling. They worked with me and compensated me for the time that I waited. I used them more than once. The painting wasn't as thorough as I would have liked, painting over a cracked area that obviously required patching. They also had to rebuild a closet door covering my washer/dryer, since it turned out to not be as functional as I needed. They rebuilt it, only charging me for new materials. Also, when they reinstalled my garbage disposal, a part broke. They were unable to locate the broken part, and I needed to buy a new one, but, would recommend.

Very knowledgeable and did great work and explained everything so I could understand what he was doing. Very pleased with the work and will call on them for any other projects I need help with.

My sliding glass door had been forced open during a burglary and was wedged open about eight inches. After I called Handyman on Demand, Tim arrived within the hour and was both professional and skilled. Tim managed to get the sliding door taken apart, removed from it's stuck position and reinstalled within about an hour AND without breaking the plate glass in the door. I was especially impressed when he went above and beyond to climb up to my second floor patio to access the exterior of the door to fix it. I would recommend Handyman on Demand to anyone. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you.
