Could use a class in customer relations. But, the work was excellent!

The repairs were performed effectively and timely. The expense was worthwhile, but, I will spend more time considering the cost comparison of future projects. While I received quality from Handyman on Demand, the expense was disproportionate to the work performed.

Listed with Sears. Within hour contacted by company. Came next morning and gave estimate for the job. Remodled three doors to 36 " I could then move wife in her new wheel chair from her bedroom. Because of our need, this company was finished 2 hours before they were scheduled to start. Absolutely a superb job!

A bit on the expensive side. The work, however, was done professionally.

He was prompt and did the job quickly. I felt the workmanship was above average. The sliding door is working much better but less than I would have liked. He recommended the rollers be lubricated and after testing the finished results, I wish I would have insisted on new parts. He drilled a bigger hole in the alternative security lock so it would fit better but when I tried it I couldn't get it to fit. The sliding door works much better than it did ... I am overall happy with the job. The cost to replace the door far exceeds the cost to repair.
