"Everyone's nightmare, home break-in. When I began my search for a trusted contractor, AW Construction was first to respond. Andrew responded within one hour had called me to set up an appointment and we met the next day. When he arrived at my residence he was very professional and his first words were that he was very sorry that we had to experience the violation of our home. He did reassure me that he would get everything back to normal and would make any additional reccomadations. Andrew then began explaining the process and what we needed to expect within the next few days during construction. It did not take AW construction but a few days to complete the job at hand. Upon completion, Andrew and I conducted a walkthrough to ensure all the work to be performed was completed to my satifacation, and that it was. I would defiantly hire AW Construction again and I would highly recommend him for any job needed. Thank you Andrew, and AW Construction for a job well done and for meeting our needs and conducting your and your company in a professional manner. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

"Italish Remoldling and Custom Cabinets is a great company if you need any remodeling done. They did a complete remodeling of two bathrooms which included taking out a sunken tub and making a walk-in shower in master bathroom and installing a pocket door. In guest bathroom they add a shower to current bath tub. Made all new cabinets for both bathrooms to our expectations. They updated our kitchen cabinets by making new soft close cabinet door fronts and new soft close drawers They installed new doors throughout our house including new front door, garage door, kitchen fire door, all bedrooms, and bathroom doors. Installed new flooring in our living room. Everything turned out beautifully. Every detail we asked from Rodney and his crew, they made it work. I would recommend this company to anyone. They are quick, reliable, a great team of professionals. Rodney is a great source of information. He had lots of connections to other contractors to help complete our remodeling needs. He followed up with outside contractors to make sure the job they were working on was done correctly. If I need anything else done, this company will be my first call."

"It went great! The roofing work is excellent and it was efficiently completed in spite of weather issues. The owner is very easy to talk to and to work with. He was considerate of my schedules and worked around my conflicts. I've had many compliments from neighbors on the appearance of the new roof and even the building inspector was impressed with the quality of the work. I will call them again the next time I need a general contractor for a project."

"Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."
