Description of Work: I called and left a message to request an estimate for residential housecleaning services in the La Habra area. The owner promptly returned my call and, after asking a few pertinent questions, was able to give me an estimate right over the phone. I wanted an initial deep-cleaning and follow-up monthly cleanings. The first appointment that was available was about a week out, which we scheduled, but I was later contacted because a cancellation left an earlier time free. I appreciated the follow-up. Two employees cleaned for approximately 3 hours. I thought they did a very good job and that $195 was an extremely fair price. I have since arranged to have them come every four weeks for regular cleanings that should run about 60-90 minutes for $95, which I also feel is an extremely fair price. Both the cleaning staff and the owner have been professional and courteous.

Description of Work: I spoke with Ms. Shinedling by phone, and found her to be be very professional, friendly, and thorough in how she based her pricing. She sent out 2 of her ladies, who were communicative, worked well together, and did a very thorough job. They worked well as a team and cooperated with my needs. I was so happy with the service, and I will definitely use them again. If they remain this professional and thorough, I will become a regular client. Ms. Shinedling followed up with me to see if I had any concerns, and how I liked their services. That was a real plus in my book.

not that great for the time it took to coordinate and expense.
Description of Work: impossible to coordinate and not that impressed when two people came in to clean. floors had hair balls and sinks not clean. overall did not feel clean in the house.

I spoke with this customer in the beginning of June. She was only available on Monday mornings at 8am. We don't open until 9am however did book her for 8:30. She text me the next day to cancel her cleaning. Then heard from her again in July on a Thursday requesting for a cleaning the next day. I didn't have a slot available on such short notice.She then scheduled for August. I called her twice when we had an opening to see if she wanted a sooner cleaning but she declined. She had her cleaning on August 5th I called her that day to follow up and see how the cleaning went and she text me back that the cleaning was great and she would call me to schedule again when she had her calender. This review was the first I have heard from her since August when she said everything was great.

It was easy to get an appointment. My tile floors were vacuumed and mopped. The kitchen was thoroughly cleaned as were the bathrooms. There is not a whole lot so say since everything was done as I requested without problems or poor results.

I received your email on Friday and tried contacting you at the number provided . The owner of that phone number has stated twice now that we have the wrong number and to please not call back. I also tried contacting you through email to let you know you provided the wrong email with no response. I don't do quotes via email as I like to speak with my clients directly to provide an accurate quote and to make sure that the request for service is real. I'm sorry for any miscommunication but as you can see from other reviews I'm very prompt with my service.

Jennifer, the owner, was very responsive to my housekeeping needs. She and her husband actually performed my first cleaning as I wanted it sooner than she had crews available. From now on, a regular crew will service my house every other week.

Jennifer was very quick to respond to my phone inquiry, she came to my home to give an estimate, and we scheduled my first cleaning for a week later. The ladies that came to clean were very pleasant and eager to know my requests to complete the job to my satisfaction. They worked very hard and did a very good job. The 3 women worked well together, even addressing cobwebs and window tracks during this first deep cleaning. There were a few things I would like to see a little improvement on for next time and will work with them to meet my expectations.

overall the cleaning was satisfactory. there were a couple of things missed in the first and second visit, however, the owner was very responsive and sent the girls back out to take care of it. On the second visit there was a small issure and the owner herself came out to see what needed to be done. Overall the work done was good and because of the great customer service by the owner, I will be happy to continue to use them for biweekly house cleaning.

The cleaning service in the beginning was of a good quality and the team members were consistent. I had my services on a Saturday morning. As time wore on there was at least one if not two new members every time. Because of this, there were more and more mistakes. I was frustrated and talked to Jennifer several times about consistency in quality and communication. In the end I had to make up and print out a checklist for them to use every time. And every time there were things left undone. I was looking around for a new service when Jennifer called me to say that she couldn't get anyone to work Saturdays and that was why my assigned team changed every week. (the first time I heard that) This service caused more stress than it saved. I won't use them again. Not every company can meet the needs of all clients but I have easily found a service to meet mine.
Description of Work: I used this service for over two years. They cleaned my house every other week. There were two or three workers each time. We have 3 bedroom home with 3 adults living here and two dogs. The service consisted of 2 or 3 people who cleaned for 2 to 2.5 hours every other week.

I was aware of there being an issue but after following up with the customer was informed the issue had been resolved. I try and rotate my employees working on Saturdays so that they are not working 6 days a week. I do have a lead person on every team that was consistently going out for every visit. I was unaware this customer was unhappy do to the fact we were servicing her home for over two years and when I spoke with her to let her know we would no longer be servicing on Saturdays she stated Saturdays did not work for her anymore and it was ok to switch to another day. She had one day during the week that worked for her but we were unable to accomodate her on that day since we were not in her area on that day. I do my best to accomadate every customer but also need to make sure my employees have enough time off to make sure the quality of the work is 100%.

They are always on time and just do a great job. Our house has lots of dusting to be done and very old bathrooms that always need a lot of attention. We have two young boys and a large dog that sheds everywhere. My husband and I both work full time and with sports and so many other activities we just don't have time to clean the house. It is so nice to come home from a long day at work and find my house so very clean. We trust them completely.

It went great! I think the price is very competitive. I plan to continue with Sparkle N Shine. I highly recommend Jennifer and Greg! I also am impressed with their customer service. They were very nice.
Description of Work: Deep Cleaning after maybe 8 or 9 months of almost no cleaning in our house. Jennifer and Greg are very detailed and thorough and concentrated faithfully on the areas I indicated to spend more time on. Dust build-up is the priority in our house and they did an excellent job! They also stayed until the job was done!

Jennifer and her team arrived on time and went to work right away. I knew the bathrooms were going to be a challenge, but Jennifer's team did a great job. The house looks great again. Since my daughter and her husband work long hours, she has hired them to clean her house on a weekly basis. So happy to find a really good cleaning service that we can trust.
Description of Work: My daughter has been sick and unable to keep her house up, so everything needed a really good cleaning. Jennifer and her team cleaned bathrooms that had mold, hard water stains, soap scum and just plain dirty. (the glass doors now shine) Cleaned all the floors in the house, kitchen counter tops, sinks, mirrors, outside of appliances, vacuumed, dusted everything. There were lots of books and knick-knacks up high on shelves to dust.

Jen and Greg own the company but are not afraid to get their hands dirty! They cam over and cleaned a bathroom and the kitchen. I live in a condo so both rooms are relatively small, but that doesn't mean they don't get dirty. They are on time right at 9 am. They brought in all the stuff they needed to clean with and were as friendly as could be. They like to chat with you if you want but get everything done in great condition and in a short amount of time. I am glad we have them come in and get the stuff we cant get to.Thanks Sparkle and Shine, you guys are great!
