He did and excellent job and his work is beautiful. It was clean and he was very punctual. I don't have a negative thing to say about him.

Henry, the owner, is very professional and respectful. His free on-site estimate was quick, accurate, and fair. While it took a couple of extra days than I anticipated for work to start (busy schedule/rain delay), the work was done in three days by his crew. Henry did a final walk-through and inspection at the end of the project. It's was a top-notch job and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend CCL.

We have not used him yet. The guy was nice and on time. The gentlemen who came out runs the company and gave a detailed estimate. He had to reschedule late.

Secured 4 Bids and checked all Licenses, Insurance and Business Records before Calling References. Since all checked out, I compared real references with several face to face meetings. I was impressed with the References, professionalism and problem solving by Mr. Gutirerrez. While not the lowest Bid, He found solutions to save money and get the results I wanted from begining to end. Mr. Gutierrez stays on top of his Projects and problem solves as needed and manages to stay within Budget, so he definitlley knew what was required to get my results, that others charge for later. He sourced qualified Subcontractors for Materials and Hydro Seeding that met my quality requirements, and provided reasonable guarrantees for both materials and subcontracted services. I had not planned to do any planting, but I bought a variety of plants in time to landscape without delaying the project. I paid a little extra for this labor without reservation. Weather permitted this project to be completed in two weeks as promised, and I happily paid at completion with a bonus to the excellent crew. They came back to troubleshoot any Irrigation system element that was not quite right. I could not be more pleased with my whole experience. I have hired and fired Landscapers in the past so I was skeptical. I HAVE NO RESERVATIONS RECOMMENDING MR. GUTIERREZ AND HIS COMPANY CALIFORNIA CUSTOM LANDSCAPING.

Henry did an excellent job. His crew & sub contractors were prompt & professional. Everything was done with care. Henry always let us know what was next. His crews were here for two weeks & everyone was courteous & professional. We will bring them back after the rains to do additional work. Highly recommended! We are extremely happy with our finished yard.

Henry and his crew were very hard workers and were extremely professional at all times. They arrived on time and always cleaned up very well before leaving. It was 100 degrees plus every day they were here and you never heard them complain. I did leave an ice chest outside with bottled water and ice which they truly seemed to appreciate. His crew came back to add an additional sprinkler head to the new bed to make sure it was entirely covered with water. They also readjusted the sprinkler heads to make sure it was all perfectly done. I can't say enough about them and I couldn't be happier.

I spoke with Henry on the telephone and he came out that afternoon to give an estimate. He said the crew would be able to complete the job on Friday afternoon or Saturday. I did call the office Saturday morning to make sure someone was coming, rather than spend the day waiting for a no-show. The crew did come and did an excellent job. Henry stopped by as they were finishing to check on the job & to show me how to clean the new filter. Rather than accept payment immediately, Henry called the following week to make sure the equipment was working properly and I mailed in the payment. Having worked with other companies that NEVER followed up on their work, I was VERY IMPRESSED with California Custom Landscape Company.

Very well. Started on time. Quote was 4 to 6 weeks. There were delays it took longer approximatly 11 weeks to complete. We are very happy with the final product

The job went very well. After a slight delay due to inclement weather, the tasks were finished on time. Our plans changed as the job progressed; we were so pleased with the work, we decided to add further enhancements. Later, when this job was concluded, we called back the landscaper to repair damage caused by a moderate earthquake. This included finishing another plumber's unsatisfactory work which was to repair a water line and replace a sewer pipe. We then had a custom concrete driveway poured. The finished products were outstanding.

They never showed up for the appointment I made with them and they never called to re-schedule. I left them a message on the day of our appointment and still have not received a call from them.

I THINK THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB, BUT BECAUSE OF THE WEATHER IT DRAGGED ON FOR MANY, MANY MONTHS. BECAUSE THE YARD WAS BEING TORN UP, WE HAD WATER IN OUR YARD FOR WEEKS ON END, BUT AGAIN I DON'T THINK THAT WAS THEIR FAULT.

THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD, THE WORKERS WERE PRETTY GOOD AND IT WAS A REALLY BAD WINTER. WE HAD MORE RAIN THAN WE HAD EVER HAD. IT STRETCHED ON FOR MONTHS. IT WAS FRUSTRATING BECAUSE WE HAD DOGS. WHEN WE TOOK DOWN THE FENCES THE DOGS HAD TO STAY INSIDE. THAT WAS A PAIN IN THE NECK.

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT FROM START TO FINISH. THE DESIGN TEAM CAME OUT TO OUR HOME AND DREW PLANS AND ASSISTED US WITH A DESIGN FOR OUR BACKYARD LANDSCAPE. EVERYONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ON TASK, ALL MATERIALS AND COMPLETION OF THE JOB WERE DELIVERED AND DONE AS PROMISED. THE ONLY SETBACK WAS DUE TO THE HEAVY RAIN.
