Description of Work: They due an annual termite inspection that includes treatment if they find any. |I have a second contract for pests for a recurrent rat problem. The come out quarterly and look for evidence of current pests and re-bait the traps they have set up. They also take down any spider webs. |

Description of Work: Control pest. Every time they "allegedly" came to service, I had to call them back, time after time. Over charged, poor service. Do not use them!

Description of Work: Terminix sent a very nice fellow to the property. He spend several hours inspecting my two homes. He explained the kinds of service they could provide. I chose the Ultimate pest control package which is a good deal because they come out four times a year and any time in between if I'm having recurring problems with ants or other pests. I also chose their Exclusion package because they seal the whole home airtight against creatures and pests. My homes were built in 1934, so this was a needed item. They did a great job! These days it can be annoying to deal with big companies, but their national representative Jason Darling was wonderful, just as was their local representative who came out to give the estimate of work needed, Garrett Patchill. Actually, we liked Garrett so much we didn't even think of acquiring a second estimate from another company.

Description of Work: The technician sprayed inside and out for bugs and spiders. He also sprayed around our RV in the back. Service is every three months unless you find any problems and they will return. He said we might see bugs dead around for about 2 weeks and we did.
