They told me that the contract was good for a month and if I had any more ants within that time to give them a call back. On Thursday July 30th my ants had returned. I gave Terminix a call. the lady said that she would have someone call me back to come by my house either today or tomorrow. There was no response that day. I called back the next day (Friday). The lady replied " we have 24 to 48 hours to reply back to phone calls!". Again, no response that day. By now it's a weekend so now I have to wait until Monday to find someone. On Monday, I called Clark's and she said that she would have someone call me right back. Within 5 minutes someone gave me a call back and said that he could be at my house in 5 minutes in which he was. I called Terminix backed and told them that I no longer needed their service and I would like to cancel my contract with them because they were not reliable.

I scheduled an inspection and treatment with this company for between 4pm and 6pm last Thursday. I took off work early to be there and at 6:15 called the company to see why no one had come yet. I was told a mistake had been made and I had been rescheduled for the following Thursday. No apology! I explained that I have a rental with mice in it and cannot wait until then and that is why I had been scheduled for the same day I called. The operator who was rude stated to call back Monday and see if someone could come out as they were closed for the holiday weekend. When I called Monday morning, they had my name but the wrong address associated with it and were very rude so I decided to go with another pest control company. Clearly this company is not organized or courteous to their customers and very unreliable. On second call to the company I was on hold for 15 minutes for a transfer. Would not recommend them to anyone.

I chose Terminix because we liked Garrett, the man they sent out to go over our homes and tell us the state of things regarding pests. He spent a great deal of time inspecting the homes on my property and talking to me about the various plans I could choose. He was extremely polite and thorough.

We use the same Terminix guy all the time, keeps the bugs away. The gentleman is polite, very punctual,I'm pleased with it.

Supposed to come once every three months unless called out. If called out service is free of charge and included in payment every three months. But they came out twice in one week and charged me for both visits and I don't even think they sprayed poison.

My next quarterly service is due next month. They do quarterly service. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them and their service. They've got outstanding technicians. If I want anything special done, they are more than happy to do it. If I want my kitchen sprayed, if I have an ant problem or something, they will handle any problem I've got. They did an outstanding job the last they were here. Their representative that comes over here and does the work is highly professional, polite and knowledgeable. I really like them.

I tried to reach the Terminix manager in Santa Maria, CA several times but that person would never return my phone calls. Overall, I found the Terminix sales rep to be fraudulent and I found Terminix to be a very unethical company. When customer service doesn't care about criminal activity taking place and when a branch manager isn't concerned about fraudulent actuivity being conducted by their sales reps, you know the company is a lousy place to do business. I would never use Terminix pest control again!

I found they were great about taking my money for tenting (and that went pretty good) but the follow up service and annual fee did nothing, and even the on site inspectors said once you've tented they don't care. Hard to get them to service the spots that needed extra work, had differing numbers from people, constantly asking for more money (coverage) and terrible management

They do not charge me because I have a contract with them, so they came out and did the work as a courtesy call. I was satisfied with their work. They were punctual, neat and they reassured me that nothing would harm the kids and told me to keep the kids away from the deck for twenty four hours. They are a good and decent company. Their price is part of the contract, but it is fair. They do a good job and their quality and responsiveness was excellent, they came out quick. They were on time and very professional.

I thought the guy that did the work was very thorough, but the office was almost impossible to reach. When they came to give the estimate, the guy was very cooperative and informative. He was very willing to help.

They come out every three months, but I can call them anytime if I see any pests. They are very responsive. They don't give me any backtalk, and they do what they are supposed to do. They treated my ants. They are pretty good.

I would recommend them to others. They are more than willing to come out more than their scheduled dates.

They do a good job. They let me know when they're coming. My overall experience with them has been excellent. The quality of service is excellent. They're responsive and punctual. I will continue to use them in the future.

They are great, if you need something special they will come right out and take care of the problem for you. They are usually the same day. They come every three months and I have had a good experience with them and will continue to use them again in the future.

They were pretty effcient and prompt they were here when they said they would be here. But I wanted something more natural due to having a small children in the home. If they ever change over to using more natural less harmful to humans I would definately use them.

They come every 3 months. The price is $30 each time. We have been customers of 15 years. We have been satisfied with their service. I would continue to use this company in the future.

We use a specific person named Manuel. He is awesome. The price is pretty good. He has taken care of the warts from last two years. I would use them in the future.

We think they do a good job and are happy with their services. Before using them we had an ant problem and now that we use Terminix, we do not have any ant problems.

Terminex: they are obnoxiously pushy and persistent -- I wouldn't consider hiring them if their services were free. Clarke: Very friendly, effieicient, effective and punctual -- I have them inspect and treat my home monthly.

I use them as a necessity and just because I have scheduled maintenance, they just keep it in their system. They are very timely with that. Price wise I have not compared them with anybody else. The people we have dealt with from this company have all been very good. I will continue to use them in the future. I have stayed only with them.

A tech from Terminix inspected my home and gave me a written quote for treatment. He said my home has roaches and ticks. I approved the quote and scheduled the work. On the scheduled date, another tech came out and said the original quote is inaccurate and told me that my home has bed bugs, not roaches and ticks. He gave me a verbal estimate that is about 5 times the original estimate. I called the tech who gave me the original estimate for roaches and ticks and told him about the findings of the other tech. We schedule a 2nd inspection, but NO one showed up or called to cancel/reschedule.

They cost too much and they are constantly sending me mailers and I don't like that. They are very responsive when you have an issue. They give you a window of time when they are going to come out and I don't like that.
