Description of Work: DID NOT REMOVE OBVIOUS SPOTS ON CARPET AND CHAIR. oVERALL TWO DAYS LATER THE CARPET STILL LOOKED DIRTY.

Description of Work: I did not realize carpet was in such bad shape due to pet stains and would not have even had it cleaned if I had know how bad it was. For whatever reason, I did not feel that the assessment of the problem and the outcome was not very accurate. After having carpet cleaned, I just ended up replacing it. I do realize that problems with pet stains is a specific situatuion and would not be a problem for everyone. Someone without this situation may very well have been very happy. Also, even though I was in the area covered, I was charged an extra fee for distance. This was unexpected.

Description of Work: Haven't been so impressed with a service for a long time! I told Han I was having a party in a few days, and he immediately said he would clean my carpets the next day! Carpets dried in an hour...and no stains reappeared after carpets dried (as they so often do). I'll definitely have him clean my upholstery and runners next time. He's prompt and professional, and even called when he was on the way to my home. My carpets haven't looked this good since they were new!!

Description of Work: The Company I worked with was Heaven's Best out of Magalia, Ca. The owner/worker spoke very fast, so i never did actually catch his name. He kept in contact with me throughout the appointment set up time process, he showed up on time, he was very professional and very nice. His company did an excellent job. He used a 'buffing' type of machine that steams the dirt out of the carpet - instead of a regular steam cleaning type machine that typically drowns the carpet and the machine needs to suck as much liquid/dirt, etc.. as possible. We also bought the scotch guard product for our carpets. We only had the living room, hallway, and master bedroom completed. He gave us a AAA discount which totalled about $119 + $40 scotch gard = $160. My husband moved the furniture around for the company to work. It took longer than 1-2hrs to dry b/c of the scotch guard, and we didnt want the scotch guard to get onto our dogs' feet.. so we let it dry an extra long time.. maybe 4hrs or so. Excellent job!

Description of Work: Our carpet is not new, but because we cannot afford to replace it at this time, we decided to have it cleaned. We were surprised that the cleaning brought 'life' to the carpet. At least we feel better about taking the time to save/shop for new carpet now that our carpet doesn't look bad.
