Fantastic results were achieved both in removing stains as well as steam cleaning the carpets. The four old stains were nearly completely removed and what remained was very minor and hard to see from any distance. All the smaller, newer stains were also removed. Steam cleaning was very effective and carpet looks just a few years old instead of 30+ years old!

They were fine. It may not have been their fault but the stains came back. We've decided that for the cost of the service, we'd rather invest in a machine. If we weren't doing that, I'd probably use them again.

The carpets were very dirty with numerous stains. Hans was able to get most of the stains out of the carpet. It was a big improvement in the look of the carpets.

Han Herrick was very prompt, he was careful with his equipment (we have hardwood floors in much of our home), and he found and treated unnoticed spots at a very reasonable additional charge. The products he uses are pet friendly and hypo-allergenic, which we appreciate. In addition, the Heavens Best cleaning method dries quickly and without any residue or orders. We were VERY PLEASED and will DEFINITELY use his services in the future!

I called Heaven's best on a Friday evening, and they were able to fit me in on Sunday morning. They promptly arrived when they said they would and did a fine job.

Having our three rooms of carpet cleaned by Heaven's Best Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning was by far the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had. Han showed up exactly on time and went to work. We have three dogs, one of which is very old, so we had some "issues" such a pet stains and then the usual traffic areas, etc. Han was very thorough in the whole process. The carpet came out amazing and it smelled so good after he was done. We weren't familiar with the cleaning process he used but it took such a short time to dry, we had everything moved back in within a few hours. I had some gigantic pet stains and he got all of them out. Not only that he cleaned the walls where my dog had gotten them dirty. There was not any bad smell to his chemicals and it only took him about two hours. Excellent work.

Faced with stained and ragged carpeting, Han at Heaven's Best did a wonderful job of rejuvenation. He arrived for both the estimate and the actual cleaning right on time. He cleaned seven areas in the house, taking a bit longer than estimated. There were several vacuum cleaner bags full of dog hair he removed before the actual carpet cleaning. So excited, found the best carpet cleaner. My girl's carpets were nasty and he made them look like new :) The Company is called Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning(www.heavensbest.com) and they are located in Chico, Oroville and Paradise. The owner Han personally came and did it himself. He was promt and very professional. You can get any 3 rooms cleaned for $119 or any 5 rooms for $199( with coupon found on their website). You will not be disappointed. He got stains out that I thought couldn't be removed. I was thinking if we ever move we are going to have to put new carpet in those rooms before we ever list our house now I don't think we will have to! I also added on the Pet Neutralizer since most of the stains were pet related so it was an additional $75. By the way, before he actually cleaned the carpets he thoroughly vacuumed them with a big industrial vacuum and then he pretreated them with the Pet Neutralizer solution. Also, I called him on Wednesday and he was able to do them for me first thing Friday morning so I loved that he fit me in on short notice!

I called several cleaners to get quotes and Heaven's Best got back to me within hours and set an appointment to fit my schedule. He moved the lighter furniture (not sofas or large items), and got right to work. It is hard to stay at home and get other chores done while your carpets were getting cleaned, but he did not seem to mind that I "hovered" in the kitchen while he worked. Pleasant and friendly is a plus! It took several hours but he did not waste his time or mine.
