It went great! There was a mix-up on the day, but he made it right and still got there - a bit late, but not bad. The service was top notch and for a reasonable price. No pressure to upgrade stuff, which is the main reason I'd use them again.

Overall great experience, but as usual with Angie's list purchases, the vendor did not contact us even though we posted best dates and times to do so. We had to call them to set up the visit. Their arrival on site was very late, almost 1-1/2 hours after the appointment window. However, after the techs arrived they did an excellent job on our shower and did some work on other tile areas in the bathroom at no additional cost. Then they cleaned and sealed our floor tiling and grout, about 300 sq. ft. at the sale price offered by a competitor. Also cleaned the carpet in the Master Bedroom. All work done professionally and excellently.

As usual, Valley Carpet Cleaners did a great job. They prepared well before cleaning, by moving the necessary furniture, and preparing the carpet itself by pre-spotting as needed The carpet dried in a few hours and it looked very clean. I was thoroughly satisfied.

AMAZING!!! James was so courteous and professional. He and the other worker (I apologize for forgetting his name) did incredible work on both the shower and the carpeting, removed stains that I thought would never have come out, and it all looks almost like new. I'm so very pleased with Valley Carpet Cleaning and will not only use their services again as needed, I intend to also spread the word about how over-the-top happy I am with the job they did!

Did a great job getting rid of old stains, tenant is pleased

Valley carpet cleaning came out on 3/30 to do our carpets using a coupon. We were very pleased with the work performed. The were on time, professional and thorough. The carpets looked wonderful. On 4/26 we had them back to do the floor tile in the house (no coupon). Again arrived on time and did a beautiful job on the tile and grout. Very professional. They are my go to company.

They came examine need a bit more for heavy stains but a beautiful job

Valley Carpet Cleaning was absolutely wonderful – we had very dirty carpets, filled with lots of stains from two dogs, and our carpets had not been cleaned in ten years. We didn’t expect too much, considering how poor condition our carpets were in. However, the cleaners exceeded our expectations – after their deep cleaning, our carpets look absolutely new! Spotless, clean, and gorgeous – we were so impressed. And the two men who were here were very nice, kind, professional, and wonderful. They were on time, finished cleaning the carpets in four rooms and two hallways plus a sofa, all within two hours. They are our carpet cleaners for life – we definitely will use them again!

Customer service and price were great -- no success on removing the stain. I think it was an impossible task, and I would give them another shot at a normal cleaning project. I think they should have told me on the phone chances were very slim they could get the stain out, as other cleaners I consulted did. I had false hope based on my conversation with the rep at this place. But it's okay. :-) PS - I am totally guessing on the date - I can't remember.

I did some research on this service and it was a very good price. They got stains out that I had been trying for ages.
