Valley Carpet Cleaning

Very well. The guys from Valley Carpet Cleaning also cleaned part of my living room; spots on the carpet were made to disappear. And, without telling me, they fixed the corner of a beloved area rug that was unravelling. I didn't know it could be repaired, so I never mentioned it to them.

The mean we're on time, professional and they did an outstanding job. I would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their service.

Went fine. Didn't take very long and the results were great! I was dreading doing it myself. I'm very happy I had someone else come in to do it.

Fabulous. We have had our carpet cleaned many times in the past. Some companies did a so-so job. Some said they didn't want to charge us for an extra treatment because it wouldn't help. Valley Carpet Cleaning set about cleaning without comment and I was astounded that they made our older carpets look practically new again! And for a great price.

The only issue is we bought what we thought was a credit for 5 rooms, 4 which had the installed carpet and one which had an area rug. They don't consider area rugs part of their service and that was frustrating.

Luis was fantastic! He explained to me the order in which they worked, informed me of the chemicals (acetic acid) that he was using and how long it would take. (this IS my only bathroom). The process was quick and the walls and grout surrounding the bath tub were marvelously cleaned. The replacement of some of the grout was beyond the special, but I knew ahead of time how much extra it would cost. It was well worth the cost.

Went well, Very Professional. Rug didn't clean up so well, still charged $75 for the rug.

The extra price -- too high--for the 2nd set of stairs was as expensive as the special on 3 rooms (substitute 1 staircase for 1 of the rooms) that I had purchased.

The carpet looks amazing, they did a incredible job. I have 12 year old white carpeting and it looks new again, besides a few permanent stains that they warned me would not come out due to its nature. Luis was also a great listener and was very accommodating. He and his partner was very nice and extremely professional. They wore booties and had protection guards for the furniture. The shower looks brand new! I am so pleased with the results. I plan to use them again for my kitchen.

I was told they needed to do more work than the $199 I paid for. I did not have the work done, contacted Angie's List and rec'd a refund. Angie's List staff was very understanding and professional. They even looked to see if a company in my area had a "deal" but they didn't find one.

The job well exceptionally well. The appointment was made two weeks in advance with James. Everything was reconfirmed the day before the job. The two technicians from the company, Luis and Santos, arrived promptly at the start time and began working non-stop until they finished the job in about 90 minutes. They were quite professional and cautious with our furniture. They even had plastic protectors that wrapped around our furniture so that their steam cleaning hoses won't scratch them when the hoses are pulled around the rooms. The carpet and sofa dried by evening and we're back to normal! Terrific experience! We plan to call them back next year.

Their work was excellent!! The day I called the Valley Carpet people, they were not only able to give me an estimate over the phone, but were able to come to my house that same day. The two men were very professional and never stopped working until the entire job was completed. I was thrilled with the results! My carpets are beautiful again and without spots, and my hardwood floors look brand new! I would highly recommend them as their work was outstanding and their prices very fair. Very nice people to deal with. I thank them again!!

It looked great at first, but very quickly reverted to the state which was the reason we hired this company. I would not hire anyone to do it again.

I purchased a "deal" for 350sf of stone and ceramic tile and grout cleaning and sealing. After showing the needed work I was told my "deal" did not include shower or tub floors and walls. This exclusion was not on the "deal" agreement. The worker and the manager insisted I would need to pay separately for the shower and tub tiles. I refused.

They did an excellent job and were very professional and accommodating. The quality of their service was excellent. I will definitely be using them again.

They had all the right truck mounted, high quality equipment, they were extremely prompt, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for all types of carpet and floor cleaning as there prices were reasonable for the quality of work they do.
