Have used this business several times and they always do a great job.

VCC did a great job on our carpets and had a thorough process: vacuum, pre-treat, scrub the carpets the do the extraction. They took great care and put down mats to cover the pergo and corner protectors near the hoses. Van and equipment was up to date and seemed well maintained Carpets looked and smelled better than we expected. Also, it was nice to deal with professionals that show up on time and do the job for the price quoted - no cross-sell/up sell or surprises. Highly recommended!

Excellent! They called me back right away to set up an appt time and showed up when they said they would. Luis was amazing and spent extra time cleaning my sofa as my dog had just died and he had several accidents on it. It looks like new! My Crewel rug had to be taken offsite to be dry cleaned and they had it back in a week and Luis helped me lay out the new rug pad and position it perfectly!

very nice people BUT the dirt/stains that i asked them to remove downstairs are already reappearing today now that the carpet is dry which is pretty disappointing as it hasnt even been 2 days since I had them carefully cleaned (and i did show the man who came EXACTLY where on my white rug i had dirt stains and where it needed extra attention. We both agreed it was not pet stains-which are hard to get out-but probably just dirt/traffic. ) As i now have guests, I had hoped for a clean carpet for their visit-that is why I paid over 200$ to do them. :(

Incredibly well. A living room chair covered in a white fabric had become stained, possibly by sunlight. Mr. James Cubias, the owner, happened to be free and personally cleaned the chair to a sparkling white color. The stain was totally removed. It was an almost miraculous result that we had not thought possible. Mr. Cubias' professionalism and responsiveness could not have been higher, and my wife and I can't praise him and his company enough.

Honest, responsible, personable, knowledgeable and hard-working. My rugs were the worst and what a difference! Just a reminder that it's best to open windows before the cleaning, cause you don't want to walk on wet carpets in order to open windows (which facilitates the drying process). Super nice guys - father and son, in fact. Good work!

Very nice technician. However, he said it would be 90.00 extra to clean it properly. It did not look that much cleaner, only a small portion did look cleaner near the kitchen table.

Fantastic and professional - they arrived early and finished quickly. I have two dogs and they were able to make the couches look almost brand new. Highly recommend and will use again to regularly clean couches/area rugs.

Punctual & professional. Substantial difference in the before & after. I will bring them back in 6-8 months to do it again!

Very professional crew. Arrived right on time and worked efficiently. Left my carpets and area rug looking great and very clean. Pricing was on the higher end compared to other rug cleaners I've tried but the service was spot-on.

The floors looked good for one week. They up-charged on the sealer and I did not see any benefits to the sealer.

I bought a deal for 3 rooms and paid separately for a 4th room. The crew took about an hour and the place looks amazing. My old condo carpet has never been so bright. They were very professional and friendly and I would hire again in the future.

These guys were on time and worked super hard. We have an oversized shower and I thought they might request a higher price because of the size. They did not. 2 guys worked very hard for 2 hours+. The shower looks like new. A+++
