I was impressed with the professionalism of our technician (James) who explained the process, offered his opinion on issues that would make our experience even more thorough. Top notch!

I purchased an Angie's List Deal from Valley Carpet Cleaning a few months ago and then purchased another deal for hardwood floor polishing. I contacted James and asked him to schedule the two jobs for the same day, which he did. I have used VCC before and have always been pleased with their work. The two jobs together took about 3 hours and, when they were done, my carpets and floors looked wonderful -- as usual.

Valley Carpet did a great job cleaning and polishing my wood floors. They look amazing.

I did use the valley carpet again, I purchased them last year and I used them again this year to do a larger area and I was very very satisfied and pleased with them.

They did a great job. They were as nice as could be and were totaly beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

I set an appointment with them and they didn?t show up. I received an email from them that they weren?t sure if they showed up.

Bought $199 for up to 700 SF deal. All went well.

It went very well with the exception of them being about 2 hours late. apparently they hit traffic which was fine, but someone should have called. i bought a special that was $199 to steam clean and polish 700 square feet of hard wood floors. i have a very small home and my bedroom is carpeted and one room has a large rug that i did not move. So in fact it was probably only 700 (or less) sq. feet that they had to do. i think the plan of most of these specials is that the jobs are larger than the offer (sq. feet wise) and they will make more money. but mine was right on target. they were really fast. i was very happy with the result. my floors look and feel clean and they are very shiny due to the polishing. i felt they did a very good job. i would use them again. they also clean carpets. i asked how much it would cost for them to clean my bedroom carpet. the room is about 11 by 13. he said $250 which i thought was waaaaay too much so i declined. but they did a very good job on my floors.

I've used this provider in the past and was very happy with the work performed. I did not take advantage of this deal.

They did a terrific job and are delightful.

They didn't get some stains out. I was a little bit disappointed. They were okay. They could have given some comfort that they would do a little bit better or maybe guarantee the outcome a little bit better. I'd have to get more comfortable to what they could do before they would do it. It didn't get to their expectations.

They did an excellent job. The tile and grout was never so clean. They work fast and efficiently. The price was great too.

I cannot begin to express how much I appreciate Jame Jr. for the job he did for us. We had scheduled an appointment based on his A+ reviews on Angie's List. The morning that James Jr. and Santos arrived at my home, we had just received a call and had to rush to the hospital to be with a dear friend. We ended up trusting our instincts and left directly for the hospital, leaving Jame's Jr. and his crew to do their work in our home. Although we have a nearby neighbor that we had let know about the situation, we had every confidence that James Jr. was trustworthy and that our home was in good hands. Sadly, our friend ended up passing away that evening, but we were able to be there with the family in their time of need. We returned to our home to find that James Jr. had made our 10 year old berber look brand new. All of the furniture had been carefully moved and the few valuable pieces that we have were up on styrofoam blocks to protect them from any moisture. The carpets were almost completely dry just a few hours after they had been cleaned. I would not hesitate to recommend Valley Carpet Cleaning again. I will never use another company to maintain my floors. James Jr- THANK YOU!!!!

great service, on time, very dependable

It turned out okay. There was an additional cost as we asked them to do a couple of pieces of furniture. They did a fine job. I would tell a friend or family to use them. The technicians were fine. They were right on time.

It turned out great. We added some things because we had some issues with our stones. We had some marbles that were very cloudy. They cleaned that up about 90%. It wasn't 100 but I'm not blaming them. We paid extra for that. We knew it was above and beyond the call of duty. They actually did a pretty good job, all things considered. They showed up on time and did what they said they were going to do.

The best!Professional, friendly, punctual, and they do a great job! This is my second time using this company to clean my off white carpets and I'm so glad I did! I've used other companies in the past but haven't been happy with the quality of work and customer service. Louie and Brian are extremely hard working, friendly, and accommodating. This will definitely continue to be my "go to" company and I highly recommend them!

The workmen were right on time (thank you Luis and Anthony). They easily moved furniture, and were completely aware of anything that could be breakable. They were sensitive to our cats, who we moved into the guest room. They were efficient, extremely nice and gave us any details we needed. I'd definitely recommend them.

I called James Cubias and made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. Luis and Anthony showed up early in our time window which is always nice. They were efficient and thorough. The carpet dried in about 5 hours. It looks great and we're ready to greet the Holidays and our relatives with a very nice clean carpet.
