It was great. They could have done into the corners a little bit better but other than that, everything was good. They were quick and professional. They got in and gone out. I had mistakenly purchased two deals and one of those was supposed to be refunded but it never was. They did not clean additional areas.

They were so professional and did NOT try to upsell me. The price was much better than expected and the two gentlemen were polite and respectful of my walls and cleaning up after. Very impressed and would suggest to others to use their services.

Valley picked it up at old home, cleaned it completely, even red wine stains, held it for a few weeks at my request, and delivered it to my new home ahead of the movers on moving day. Nice people, family-run business, completely professional.

I called very early on a thursday morning to see if they could clean up a mess my daughter made with blue dye on my brand new white carpet. They did same day service and got the stain out!

In one of the rooms, I was worried about an area that was badly coffee-stained. However, the same area looks fantastic now. I am absolutely happy with the job. The cleaning duo just left and they are personality plus ! I don't know how long the drying time would take but I assume not more than three hours. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely hire them again.

James and his assistant arrived promptly on schedule and when I showed them what needed to be done they quickly began work spotting and preparing the overall carpet for cleaning. Less than two hours later the carpet looked absolutely great!

They said that they only steam clean for that price. To get a deep carpet cleaning, they charged me for money so I was unhappy. They charged me more money than what was stated. They were good. It's just that there were hidden fees that they don't tell you about.

Luis and Anthony were very pleasant and professional. My patio came out looking brand new. Excellent job.

It went pretty good. I wasn’t thrilled but it was good. They wanted more to do certain services. They tried but I didn’t know. They said it couldn’t do certain things. There were just limitations on cleaning the shower that they said they weren’t able to do under that deal so that was surprising to me and they was a little much they could do about it. So they couldn’t clean the glass. I was just surprised to spend that much and I would thing they would do a lot more than what they did. They were just really limited without charging more to do more. On responsiveness, they were okay.

While the 2 men from Valley Carpet Cleaniing were preparing to stretch our carpet I tripped and broke my leg. They stayed and assisted my husband while the paramedics and fire department responded to the emergency. Most workers would probably have left immediately due to the confusion. They not only assisted during the rescue but they actually stayed and finished the job. They locked up the house when they finished. We are very grateful to them and your company. what a great job! Excellent! This is the second time we used Valley Carpet and we couldn't be happier. Luis and Anthony did a terrific job, fast and thorough. They got out stains that, literally, I had thought would be there forever. They also repaired a rip in the carpet seam (seamlessly...!) and cleaned a small decorative rug. The two large area rugs they cleaned are gorgeous! No question we will employ their excellent service again.

The crew was awesome! The grout looks great AND the marble still has the water spots!!!! :-( The whole reason I used this company is because they specialize in marble so to remove the water spots.

OMG!!!!! So amazing!!!!!!!! They showed up on time and were so careful with moving my furniture and so kind and professional. I was planning on replacing my 5 year old file floors because I could never keep them clean enough. They sprayed the floors, then 2 of them scrubbed (I didn't realize but they were scrubbing sealer off that shouldn't have been on the tiles) and then ran some sort of machine and then dried floors. My floors are like new! I saved $4,000 from not having to replace my now beautiful floors. The Angie's List discount helped. I will more than happy to pay full price a year from now to have them come again. Its been about 3 weeks and floors still clean like new. Great company and great representatives that came to my home. Don't look any further for a good company, Have Valley Carpet clean your floors. They also cleaned my stone floors beautifully!

I made the appointment with Mr. Cubias over the phone a week before my desired date. His two staffers arrived as scheduled and set everything up. They placed most of the furniture on styrofoam blocks or plastic protector sheets as needed. We declined the Scotch Guard treatment which was an extra service. Both men, Luis and Anthony worked diligently and carefully cleaning our entire home. The job was done in an hour and we were delighted with their work. They were professional, considerate, and friendly. We'll be calling Mr. Cubias back next year!

Called on Monday and James was able to schedule me for the next day. He and I decided that whole hallway should be done instead of just stains. He said hallway would be the same price as spot cleaning. Luis and Anthony came within the time frame given and were in and out in 30 min. They used a water system from a portable machine (I'm in a high-rise so they couldn't use truck based machine.) They were friendly, seemed knowledgeable, and were efficient. Cost was as quoted.

It went very well. They were on time and did the job. I was very happy with their work and I would use them again.
