Description of Work: We had planned on having the bedrooms and the living room cleaned. After Luis and his helper arrived we decided to have 3 area rugs also cleaned. The next thing I knew, Luis was in our back yard cleaning my iron fence so we could hang up the rugs to dry. Incredible service! My rugs all look great, the team was very friendly but professional. I will definitely be using them again.

Description of Work: The company picked up our three area rugs on Monday, had them cleaned and returned onThursday of the same week. They look totally different! The one area rug in the dining-room is now a slightly different color after being cleaned and I now see I will have to have the other one cleaned in the living-room, in order for them to match! Valley Carpet Cleaning did a great job. The guys were on time, courteous, answered all my questions and put the rugs back exactly the way I asked. I would definitely recommend this company.

Description of Work: I had an Angie Deal for Hardwood Floor Cleaning. The serviceman arrived on time and was very through in moving the furniture and machine cleaning the floor with a solution. For a floor that was not sanded down and restored I was very pleased with the result.

Description of Work: These guys were just great. We had mystery carpet smell, oh no...and Valley Carpet Cleaning helped us figure out it was our cat. The carpet padding had to be replaced and the carpets cleaned. Everything was explained to us thouroughly and the company did exactly what they said they would. They were professional, on-time and did a fantastic job. It did take two deep cleanings but we are dreaded cat smell free. We highly recommend Valley Carpet Cleaning.

Description of Work: the company steam cleaned the uphostery on our sectional sofa, a second piece of furniture and a number of cloth chair backs. the results of their work is excellent. the furniture looks beautiful and the men did their job with pride and respect for our furniture and the surrounding areas in which they worked. I don't know about going rates as I am new to the area and selected the company from the reviews. My only complaint was that they were very late in arriving and I had to call the main phone number to learn that they were running late. They were due to arrive between 11 am and noon. By 11:30 they clearly knew they were running late and I should have been called at that time, not be told at 12:10 when I called that were just leaving and it would take them an hour to get to me. As it turned out they were 2 hours late due to traffic, so I felt their weak point was definitely communication--if I had appointments that day, I would not have stayed for them. And they felt that all was well since they did a great job, but respecting the customers time and communicating delays is also important toward customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: A friendly and professional crew came in and did two beedrooms. One rug was rather dirty too. They both came out spotless! They were thoughtful and very, very good! I would use them again in a heartbeat! AND I had to have them here withen the same day and they could fit me in the rotation!! Yay!! I'm so happy I found them!!
