The crew at Valley Carpet Cleaning came out, explained the process, and what to expect as an end result - very realistic. When they were done, the floors looked so good, we decided to keep them! Valley Carpet Cleaning did a great job, were super courteous, on-time, and delivered results that exceeded expectations - I'm very pleased.

Arrived on-time, professional, had me point out trouble areas (stains) before they began and inspect work once it was complete. Did an excellent job. The only thing I would mention is the carpet really need 8 hours or overnight to dry so make sure you factor this in when scheduling your service (we scheduled ours in the morning which worked great). Would definitely recommend them again!

Work done was good. Workers easy to work with.

I paid them an extra $50 because I had a little more square footage. They did fine. They came on schedule. The only reason I gave them a B is because I still had stains and they told me they would clear up when they dried and they didn't. I didn't call them to come back. That was my only issue. I still had some areas that I had some questions about. I showed them that and they said that when it dried, it was clean but it wasn't.

It went fine, I just wouldn't do it again because it still doesn't look clean. I hired them with an Angies List deal so the price was OK, though.

Luis and Anton came to our house on the date/time, arriving promptly and ready to work. They were both were very respectful, took great care to make sure they did not damage anything in the house. They worked hard and efficiently to do their best for us which was an amazing transformation. We would hire them back any time we need their services. They are a great vendor and we highly recommend Valley Carpet Cleaning.

We purchased a carpet cleaning through Angie's List after seeing the ratings for Valley Carpet Cleaning and were very, very happy with the service! Our carpets were exceptionally dirty so we paid for their "deep cleaning" option and the before/after difference was incredible. While here we also asked them to clean our couch. That added an additional $80 to our overall price but the couch came out looking fantastic so we thought it was worth the increased cost. The two service providers were punctual and very professional. Everything you could want from people working in your home; friendly, courteous to my family, and respectful of our belongings. We will absolutely be using Valley Carpet Cleaning again and highly recommend them!

I called and they scheduled me between 11-1 the next day. No one was more happy than I when they showed up 5 hours early! They moved items I could not move and did a wonderful job on my wood floors. They also cleaned and sanitized my tile in the hall bathroom Once I complete my purging of unneeded items and am ready to do all the floors I will be contacting them again

It was good. They were friendly and professional. There was some parts where not all the spots were not removed.

11/16/2016 James and Santos arrived ahead of the scheduled time and got right to work. It took about 45 minutes to do all the rooms we wanted. They moved the furniture and put it back in place with moisture guards under all the chair legs and other furniture. 11/30/2016 A week later we had the company do our kitchen floor, James Sr. did the work alone. He was excellent at getting all the ground in dirt and stains off the vinyl floor. It actually looked almost new again for the same price as the carpet.

good, some spots could have used more washing but there was a lot of soap scrum. did a good job

James was very prompt and professional on the phone and very friendly in person I might add. He and his guys showed up to my condo in LA on time and with very good equipment; truck mounted all the necessities to get the job done quick and effectively. I just moved in so I had nothing in the space but they were able to clean about 700sqft of carpet upstairs as well as the stairs and rotor brush all my ducts in just a few hours from start to finish. The carpets looked so good I asked him about coming back to do the wood and tile floors downstairs as well. He sent his nephew a few days later and I had the exact same experience with them as well, very professional and a thorough and well done job. I called to thank James for such a great experience and would certainly recommend his services to anyone in the LA area who is thinking of having their floors cleaned. Great job James and crew!!

Luis and Anthony showed up promptly. They were very professional , knowledgeable and friendly. They explained how they were going to clean the carpet, and did it. They did a wonderful job, which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them for your rug and carpet cleaning needs. I am more than satisfied.
