Description of Work: I had used Ron's services on 2 previous occasions. When I noted that my wood floor was buckling, I called him. When he determined through our phone conversation that there was no leak, he helped me contact the original contractor. He could have come and charged me. A very honest man.

Description of Work: I called them and they came out the very next morning. Very kind and professional. Our leak was somewhere outside under a concrete walk way. They located the leak so we did not have to tear up the entire walk way. Saved a lot of time and headache. I would totally recommend them to anyone needing to find the source of a leak.

Description of Work: Ron checked for water leaks, he was extremely informative and very proactive in his work. He answered all my questions and even offered a referral, whom he called while at my home to explain the problem. + -1 moreGot a huge water bill this month and a friend told me that I probably have a water leak. A plumber I called told me he would come to detect the leak for $500, and he would waive that fee if my house needed to be re-piped. It sounded a little expensive, so I found Sherlock Leak. They came and located a small leak under the floor. The plumber only had to open a small hole to repair the pipe. Sure beats the cost of re-piping. I saved a lot of money.

They arrived to locate the leak that same day, sure enough it was a pipe leak under the slab which the plumber fixed the next day.
