Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They were not punctual and they were about to make us buy a piece that was ridiculously expensive. I was not pleased. They had gone to go buy the replacement piece, but then they called back to tell us that the store was closed and left us without water at 5 o'clock in the afternoon. In the interim, we managed to find someone who could do it less expensively and immediately.

Our drain in the laundry tub had been gradually running slower and slower and we needed a new tub. We called Roto-Rooter. They told us that it probably be a day before we were contacted and we were called the next day. When Chris arrived he was very professional. He looked over the situation, let us know the price and told us he could do the job that day. He left to get the tub and when he returned he could see that the new tub was taller than the old. Before proceeding he let me know that he would have to do some plumming to fit the tub in. This would add an additional charge. He finished the work in a short amount of time,carefully cleaning the area before he was through. He did a great job.

I had an ok experience because the plumber was such a nice guy but again, way too expensive for just a single drain that went so fast. (he also cleaned up after himself)

They were quick to respond to my email inquiry requesting an appointment, followed up with a phone call and a few emails. They called 20 minutes before the worker arrived to let me know he was on his way and performed the work well.

I have had for the most part good service but that's on the construction end. I can say on the construction end I would rate them all A's. On the people who come to your house and work on your plumbing, I would probably rate them a D or F. I have contacted the company and basically I have a whole list of people I won't work with. So, I would prefer to rate them on the construction end which would be to give them all A's. Actually, replacing sewer and plumbing for the swimming pool, anything that's in the construction phase I would give them an A. But, anything that's like come in and correct a water line to a brand new sub-zero, figure out why we had a leak under the sink, the guys that came were just complete idiots. I have dealt with management and they understand so they just only send me the people that I know will do a good job.

They gave me a pretty good service. They did whatever I asked for and I would use them again in future.

I mostly use them because they come out very quickly for the work and they are willing to come out late at night. I will continue to use them in the future.

Technician was prompt and professional. Cost was more than I typically pay with my regular plumber

They called ahead of time and showed up on time, however their prices were atrociously high. I found another company who was able to do the job for nearly half of that.

They did what is took to clean out the line. They had to bring in a second machine to get through all of the roots which required a second person to help. They located a step in the line and suggested that that may need to be replaced. I elected to leave it for the time being. The cost was more than I had anticipated but not more than what they had said.

They were awesome. They came out on an emergency call and came out promptly on a Saturday. They took care of everything for us. I'd say they went over and above what was asked of them at the time. There were roots in our pipelines and they had to dig it up to fix it. They come out to service our system once a year as well.

Very well. We called 4 plumbers and they were the only ones who promptly responded and promised to fix it quickly. They came out when promised and did the work. When I rushed them out and thought the next day that they had scratched the toilet bowl, they promptly returned and cleaned it.

The plumber arrived on time to help with my garbage disposal. The problem wasn't that huge, and he could have charged more or even taken advantage of me but he was very helpful in explaining why my garbage disposal was not working. Very friendly.

After I gave the information to the operator, we received a call back within 45 minutes telling us the technician was 20 minutes away. The technician (Vincent) showed up promptly, completed the job quickly and cleanly, and had his equipment loaded back into his van within 30 minutes. He was professional and clearly explained the problem and work that might be needed in the future. The only disappointing thing was the price. Based on other reviews I thought it would be about $150; but those reviews are about a year old and prices are bound to go up over time. It's a small quibble considering we can use our toilet again and didn't lose an entire Saturday waiting for the plumber!

They had a sniffer for gas so that they could actually have a gas leak. They helped suggest a lot of things and helped us with everything. They said that it wouldn't cost more if they added a new toilet, they told us to buy a TOTO toilet, they never get call backs on those. We used to get clogs in our old toilets and with the new toilet we never got one.

Sunday afternoon call. Priced a little higher for this. They were here in an hour. Finished the job in less than 20 minutes. Let me print a 10% coupon from their website. Very pleased.

Eric performed the work quickly and professionally. Price was quite high but the incident happened after hours and they did come out within an hour of the service call as promised.

Called company and booked an appt. between 10-12 am/pm on a Saturday. The representative arrived about 10:30 and provided an estimate of $147 before starting the job. He was friendly yet professional. I had a 'bootleg' plumber out twice to clear the drain and each time it re-clogged- so I really didn't save money-It's worth having a professional come out and get the job done right. I wanted an additional bathtub drain cleared which was going to cost $60. The plumber discovered a loose pipe in the drainage which was going to cost $700 to repair before for drain could be cleared so I passed on that job.

I called Roto Rooter at 9pm. They sent a representative to my house at about 11pm. He evaluated the problem and gave us an estimate. However, he didn't start work right away because they had to go on the roof to run the snake and that took two people. We didn't have a run off. The representative then explain to us the cost for installing a runoff on the side of the house which would eliminate the need for two people. The ran the line from the top of the house to the city sewer and removed the clog.

Mike Johar, the Field Supervisor did the work for me. He was very good. He is the one I would always use. He did a great job and was not that expensive. I was very, very pleased. He came out on time and did a great job. He cleaned up well when the job was done and made sure everything was fixed correctly. This was a big job and took a lot of work.

I called on a Sunday morning when sewage started coming up the drains. They had someone here in less than a hour and a half. They had to clear the main line through the roof because I did not have a clean out due to the age of the house. They checked all the drains and saw that the shower needed to be cleared separately, which they did at half price. hey were done in about 1 hour. Clean, courteous and told me the price and got my approval before they started the job.

I was really surprised at how fast he was able to show up, especially on a Friday. The job he did was real fast and I'm happy to say that I still have not had any problems with my drains. He did real good work!

They were prompt and did a good job and it was reasonably priced.

They're very reliable, professional, good guys. They come on time.

I was very impressed that they could come out on New Year's Eve to fix the problem that I had with my plumbing. They came out right away and they were able to get it fixed quite quickly. They were very convenient.
