The customer service provided was excellent. There were some minor issues at the delivery of our things, but the representative was quick to offer solutions.

I am huge on communication and Presto has been easy to communicate with. Out of state moves were costly, so I was happy that I was given updates during the pickup and the arrival in Texas. Billy made my delivery and he was very professional and kind.

What an amazing moving team! From Dave to Henry to Ricardo to Jay they all took care of me step by step throughout the entire move. Dave contact me initially and went over enough information with me that I felt comfortable enough to have him schedule his manager to come to my home and give me a firm quote. Henry came out and couldnâ t be more polite and up front about the process which I loved. He scheduled his A team because Ricardo and his crew came to my house and handled my belongings like their own. They were fast but they clearly knew what they were doing. Jay the driver on delivery hired a crew locally, one of the guys wasnâ t really following orders but other than that the driver had a handle on everything and didnâ t leave until I was completely satisfied. Thank you Presto for an amazing moving experience!

Henry, the guy I talked to at Presto, was very professional, was not pushy (like many other companies I spoke with), answered all of my questions truthfully, and we received our shipment in half the time we expected. The movers who loaded the truck really knew what they were doing and were very professional

Henry is your man when it comes down to moving. We moved from Los Angeles to New York. Henry was so helpful from the beginning. He came over and gave us the best estimate we could find in the market. I called him just an evening before I decided the pick-up, I knew it might be impossible for him as they need at least 2 days or 24 hours notice but Hery very humbly agreed and made arrangements for pick up right away. He sorted out all my worries and questions immediately on my request. In order to save me the money, he took all possible avenues. like seriously who does that? I am so thankful to Henry for everything. From start to finish he stood by me like a rock. Every time I called him he right away answered my calls and always responded back. He is so punctual, so attentive, so friendly, so caring, and always accommodated all my requests. I can seriously go on and on about his services. even the guys who came to pick up and drop off the staff were so nice. The entire staff is so nice. Lady who made arrangements for the pick up for me was really nice too, I requested her to get my stuff early in the morning and she did it without any hesitation. I remember Cesar at the pick-up and Bill at the drop off they both were amazing. please, guys, do go with presto, they so reliable. I am recommending them through my experience, I am writing such a detailed review so other people can get help from it. I called tons of moving companies before Presto and they all were ridiculously pricey and were offering so little for the money they were charging. I seriously was disheartened big time and then I found Presto like sunshine in the rain. They packed the furniture in plastic wraps and blankets for free, other companies charge you for stationary use. Presto is a team of true professionals and very humble. My all over experience was elevated with great and amazing service of Henry. I will highly recommend them always. Thanks, Henry for all your help and generosity. thanks to Presto that they have a gem like you in the company.

We have now used Presto Logistics for multiple local and out of state moves. Henry and the entire staff have been AMAZING for each of our moves. The professionalism, kindness, and service has been A++. We HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your moving needs!!!

I ve now moved with Presto three times in the last two years. The first time I moved was from California to Tennessee, Henry came out to my house and gave me a quote for the move. They delivered the goods the first date that I requested and the price was accurate. I then had to move from Tennessee to New York a few months ago, I called Henry and he took the same information from the last move and used it for this one. Billy came to my house loaded the goods and delivered them in New York shortly after. This last move was just completed a few days ago from New York to Florida. This time was a bit more complex with timing and pricing. Henry was very competitive with the price and did what he could to work with me. The were some timing issues on the back end but Henry kept in contact with me every step of the way to keep me informed. One item was missing but they returned it a couple days later after they finished their last delivery on that truck and found it. Thank you for the great work every time. Hopefully this was my last move but if I do have to move again I know who I ll be calling!

They did an awesome job! Henry came to my house last minute and got a crew out to my house within a few days. The driver Billy was very patient and put everything where we wanted it to go. Thank you for a great job!

My Husband and I made a HUGE move from Cali to Texas, thank goodness for Henry Vogel with Presto. He was thorough, honest and on top of his game just as his crew was on Moving day. A few guys showed up to just wrap furniture then a short while later the rest of the crew showed up. They worked as symphony. Let me tell you it was well orchestrated. All the guys were also very nice and polite. Working with Henry from beginning to end was fantastic this way we didn t have to speak to 20 different people he knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire process. My brother reached out to me since he will be doing a local move and I quickly gave him Henry s number I know he will take good care of him just like he did with us. Hands-down the best moving company ever! Stop looking and call Presto!

They were so easy to work with. Henry came out personally to look at what we were moving and give us a price they also gave us 1 month free storage so we had time to locate a new home in NC. They always were there to answer questions or concerns. They honored and stood behind everything they agreed to I completely recommend them.

Presto Logistics moved me from California to New York. When I was looking to get quotes I got calls from over 20 companies, they patiently showed me how to check companies out to see who I was dealing with. I narrowed it down to two companies, the only companies that were willing to come out to my house to give me a quote. I landed on Presto for a few reasons, Ross was very nice and not pushy at all when trying to set the estimate up and Henry came to my house, he was very thorough and gave me a price that was right in line with the other company. After a bit of back and forth he worked with me on the price and I signed with them. The movers came at 6 am which was a bit early for me but they insisted that they wanted to get it done as early as possible so that they can finish at a reasonable time and they did. The lead guy Martin was very fast and quick with his crew, we needed some last minute packing done and he worked with us on that too. I got a call four days later letting me know that my stuff was on the way. The driver called me a few days later and let me know when he was arriving. The communication was great throughout, when they arrived they did a checklist of everything, I think I might be missing some small things but I haven't fully unpacked yet. All said and done I made a great choice and you will too if you decide to use Presto for your move!

Very very good experience. They moved my stuff to Michigan without any problems. Everyone was very nice to work with.
