Presto Logistics, Inc.

My name is Lorraine, and I received a quote of $14,000 from a broker. The broker verified my inventory multiple times before the scheduled pickup, and it was accurate. However, the broker subcontracted the move to Presto Logistics, a company I was unfamiliar with at the time. I had engaged the broker, not Presto, and was unaware that they were acting as a broker themselves, which led to my surprise when a different company arrived. This situation quickly escalated when Presto Logistics increased my costs from $14,000 to nearly $30,000. They have not provided any documentation to justify this significant price hike, and they continue to refuse my requests for such paperwork. Consequently, I am left with no option but to file a complaint with the Department of Transportation to obtain the necessary documentation. Additionally, I have numerous damaged items, and without the required paperwork, I cannot file an insurance claim!

They quoted rates that didn't blow my budget, and they also made me feel so at ease. Extremely professional, careful, punctual, and trustworthy. I truly had nothing to worry about, no scratches or damages.

They were so professional, they wrapped all the furniture and there were no damages. So though the moving itself was a great stress for me, they made it much easier.

Fast, clean and very friendly. They worked their tails off, getting everything ready not only for transport, but for long term storage of all the items. Great moving service!

The team at Presto was fast, efficient, friendly and honest! I gave them the job after getting hounded by several companies Henry was very respectful and didn't hound me like the other... they came on time, even a bit too early and worked so fast but nothing was damaged so I am thrilled.

The movers, especially the delivery team, damaged multiple pieces of furniture, causing over $5,000 in actual, documented damages. The moving team was rushed, sloppy, and reeked of pot. The Presto driver, repeatedly expressed his embarrassment over the condition of the delivery and promised that his boss, Henry, would take care of it. Instead, the insurance company offered $300 in reimbursement and Henry offered to raise it to $700. Paltry sums compared to the total damage. Presto and Henry, refused to take responsibility for their actions. Instead they tried to blame us for not purchasing their excessively inflated insurance. The episode is similar to someone with terrible insurance, smashing into the back of your car, causing major damage, then claiming he is not responsible for anything more that what his lousy insurance company offers. In short, be prepared to spend a ton of money on the move, have the movers damage your items and then being given the middle finger.

It was really a great experience all around. They came to my house, gave me a price and didn't harass me to give a deposit right away like everyone else did. They showed up on time, not really anything broken and they were communicative during the whole move. Thank you for the great experience.

This company went above and beyond for me. They helped me out when I was in a bind, I had gotten hung out to dry by another company and Henry and his team were able to bail me out. The move went smooth, it was a small job so not much to write about but very satisfied! Thank you!

What an amazing experience with this company! I asked for everything to be packed, my company was paying for the move but up to a certain budget. Presto was able to fit right in that budget. Henry came out and couldnâ t be nicer, he worked with me on the pricing to make sure it would work. He explained the entire process and I felt like I was in good hands from there and I was. The crew that picked up in LA and the crew that came and delivered in Scottsdale were amazing. Mario and his son Abraham were an excellent team and took care of my every need. I will definitely recommend!

If you want your furniture to arrive smashed and broken, hire them.

I’m writing this review on the movers Eric and his Crew for packing my belongings and Mario and his helper Antonio for delivering them! My experience with the entire group was above and beyond my expectations. They we polite and friendly, but most of all very professional and efficient! Thank you Presto Logistics for sending this fantastic group making the transition of moving from California to Arizona smooth and easy for my wife and I. Iâ d been burned by another moving company a month before, so I was a bit gun shy. Trevor came out and inventoried our stuff, and I had a really good feeling about them. Presto went above my expectations, and they did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to make sure their stuff is moved safely at affordably. Amazing job Presto....!

Really awesome experience.. they came highly recommended and they didnt disappoint. Henry gave me a reasonable price, I got others that seemed too good to be true but Henrys price was on point. Price was a big factor but more important was the delivery time frame. He told me he couldnt promise anything but going to Texas was a common route and I ended up getting my stuff in 4 days. I wasnt even expecting it that quick. Great service all around.

Thank you Presto for making my move as seamless as possible. I needed to move pretty quickly when I was calling around, they still insisted on sending someone to my house to make sure it was an accurate quote. Henry came out, gave us a quote which was pretty spot on. The movers who showed up on both sides were very accommodating and even helped me with moving a few pieces within the house that werenâ  t part of the move. I had a small damage to an item and I called Henry, he took care of it immediately. So thank you Presto for helping me get to my new destination with ease.

This was a horrible moving experience. Things were broken and scratched. For example, the bathroom cabinet was completely broken apart. Did they tell me this happened? No. They hid the item behind other boxes in the garage for me to discover later. My antique sideboard was scratched up. An antique sea trunk was left on its side with the contents all shifting. Two antique sideboards were not reassembled correctly and I almost knocked the top half off when I attempted to rearrange my living room. When I called them to come back and complete the job, the were not apologetic or cooperative and I had to keep calling until they finally came days later. I would NEVER use them again or recommend them. I only have them half stars because I donâ t think you can give zero stars for this review.

Dear Eddy from Presto Logistics, I just wanted to thank you for the good service and note how everything you said was accurate. Henry came to my house and gave me an estimate for how much my costs would be and Presto kept to his estimate. I was very relieved. The fellows that came to pack my belongings were polite and very fast. The same was true for the delivery to my new home in another state. They arrived when scheduled were polite and speedy. If you have really precious things that may break, I recommend that you have Presto pack them for you as they will ensure the safety of the items. I bought large moving boxes from a very famous big box appliance store and while they all arrived, many of them were really torn up. The plastic bins with lids fared much better, I packed them all myself. Only a few small dishes were broken. All in all, I am very pleased. Thank you so much. Amazing team from Eddie to Henry to Martin they all are very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the way. I've had several mixed moving experiences but this was definitely the best one.
