I was pleased with their services. The price was a little high but they did a good job. I used them because I knew them.

Kerry's Tree Service performed excellent service at a very competitive price in removing 2 melaleuca trees that were damaging my driveway concrete slab and adjacent wall. They arrived on time on date scheduled, completed the task and clean up the area upon completion. Come winter I will definitely contact them to trim a birch tree in my back yard.

They came out quickly to give an estimate, gave a competitive estimate, coupled with the AL rating and availability to do the job quickly, we went with Kerry's. ?The Arborist informed us that it was the wrong time of year to be thinning the trees, but it was a safety issue as the trees hadn't been dealt with for many years, and the recent winds did some damage. Only one other service mentioned this, everyone else didn't. The crew arrived on time on the early end of their arrival window?and worked as fast as could be expected with job at hand. They made some long neglected trees safe, and look good. Cleaned up everything before they left. Neighbors were impressed with the job they did.?I would recommend this company to anyone needing tree work done. Final price came in under the estimate. What more could you want?

I have found my tree trimming company!! They were fantastic!! I called and talked to Susan, the owner, who set up an appointment very quickly. Scott Rogers, a certified arborist, came out and gave me an estimate for the work. However when I called to go ahead with it Susan said they couldn't do it as soon as I hoped as they were very busy at the time. I was in a hurry and called one of the other companies I'd checked, but their wait time was no better. Busy time of year, of course. Luckily I decided to wait for them, and I'm so glad I did. Worth the wait! I have never had tree trimmers who were so neat and careful. One of the tree trimmers, I guess the foreman, went over what was to be done with me prior to their starting the job. The tree was near the property line so they even brought large pieces of plywood to protect the windows of my neighbor, just in case. Before they cleaned up Scott came by and went over the property with me again to make sure I was happy. After they left I went outside and was amazed at how nicely they had cleaned up. They appeared to have swept everything. Even areas where they didn't work. The driveway never looked so clean. And the elm was trimmed beautifully. I can't recommend them enough! Excellent work!! If only all businesses were this conscientious life would be easier. Thank you Kerry's Tree Service!!

Communications with Susan at the office was quick and responsive. Personnel showed up on time and were courteous. They took precautions to protect mine and my neighbor's property (windows, outside fixtures, etc.). After completion of the trimming, they put everything back to their original locations ....and did a wonderful job of cleaning up the site. Trees were trimmed back as requested and advised by their arborist. Very pleased with the results. Workmen used good safety practices while they were working (especially on the very tall trees). They may not be the cheapest, but provided excellent service (both on site and in the office) at a fair price.

The 5-man crew arrived promptly at 0730 hours. They worked quietly and efficiently and were finished by 1030 hours. The trees look great and they cleaned up all the debris. We feel that, for the amount of work performed, the cost was quire reasonable. We will definitely use them in the future!

Great experience. They were prompt and provided great communication throughout the process. Their bid was competitive and the quality of the work is top notch.

Outstanding tree trimmers. They were able to trim my trees correctly without upsetting the neighbors. I have a very difficult neighbor so believe me it's a big accomplishment. Very professional crew and charged a fair price. I'll be using them now going forward.

The services were excellent from beginning to end. I was contacted right away when I inquired on Angie's List and had a professional come to my house the same day to give me an estimate. The office followed up with email estimate and scheduling. They were responsive and friendly. The crew showed up on time and did an amazing job with a really difficult tree! The crew was extremely professional and safety precautions were in place at all times. They cleaned up all of the tree debris and hauled off the the trash. By far one of the best companies I have found on Angie's List.

I wish every service a homeowner needs would be delivered as smoothly and to such high standards as Kerry's Tree Service provided me. Scheduling an estimate was simple, my meeting with Corey to do the estimate was informative, and the team that came out to do the work was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They remove the tree quickly and left absolutely no mess. If ever again I have a need for a tree service I will call them first!

What a fantastic company! We called around and received a few quotes using Angies list to find quality service providers. Cory from KerrysTree Service came out and spent around 15 minutes with me inspecting the two trees and discussing what they would do. He said I would receive the quote via email later that day and sure enough, in a couple hours Susan sent me the quote and followed up with a call to make sure I received it. We had to wait a few days for the other companies to provide quotes, but once I called to hire Kerry's they quickly set me up with an appointment. The workers showed up right on time and finished the job in less than an hour. The trees looked great (they did a great job "shaping" the trees so it didn't look like a hack job) and the team did a great job cleaning up. The only minor complaint I had was the wait time involved in them responding to my request for a quote (it took 3-4 days) but overall I'm very pleased and will definitely hire them for future work.

All went smoothly. Came with proper equipment, including truck with carriage to reach into very tall trees. Trees look great. Cleaned up afterward. Polite. Would definitely recommend them.

These people are excellent. I was impressed when 3 large very nice trucks arrived promptly as scheduled. There must have been 6 men or more that were friendly and knowledgable. They were in and out in no time and did a great job cleaning up. I am going to use them to do other tree work around my house. The price was great as well. I highly recommend Kerry's Tree Service!

Our neighbors have a very large tree which had grown over our yard. With heavy winds, we were getting a number of branches breaking off, falling into our yard and breaking plants and other things in our yard. We wanted Kerry's to trim this tree and also cut back and shape a number of other trees (4) along with shaping back the Ficus hedge and making it more hedge-like. They came promptly as expected and said it would take about 4 hours. I did not think this was possible as similar work has taken all day by people we have used in the past. I was very impressed when they were finished in just under 4 hours including cleaning everything up. Obviously, they know exactly what they are doing! We have found our Tree company and will now be using them exclusively going forward.

I sent them a message via email and they responded right away. One of their staff came out to inspect our ficus trees and we received an estimate to have them removed a very short time later. We ultimately chose another company but would consider their services in the future. They are very nice and professional and have great follow-through and follow-up.

They were scheduled to arrive between 7:30 - 8:00am. They arrived at just before 7:30 with a crew of seven and a truck load of equipment. They got to work right away and started taking the trees down. Most of the trees on the slope were down by noon and they started cleaning up leaves and downed limbs. while taking down trees in the front yard. Cleanup was done about 3:30pm. The yard was cleaner than when they started n the morning.

The work went well. The tree that was trimmed looks great. Crew cleaned up after themselves and all contacts with the company were very professional. Would use the service again.

My gingko was hugh over 30years old they removed the tree and ground out the stump. They arrived on time and were so professional it was fascinating to see such a hugh come down so easily. They did not harm any of my or my neighbors gardens with limbs falling. When they left everything was cleaned up and the old tree they ground up and my garden was as before they came but minus a tree. My orange tree has never been trimmed so that was badly needed. They are a great company and I use them every couple of years.

Kerry Tree Service did an absolutely professional and complete job. They arrived as planned and they completed the work exactly as they said. They had a crew of 6 men and several trucks and heavy equipment. They moved through the whole operation with everyman knowing exactly what to do and when to do it. The foreman, Ulysses, knew exactly how to rope and lower each section of the trees and place it exactly where he wanted it. Some sections where 3 ft. in diameter and 5 ft. in length. There was only one plant in the area that was damaged. I was amazed at how careful they were and how clean they left everything. They completed the work in two days.

Called in moring, responded in about an hour. That afternoon, crews came out and removed the tree. We haved used them in the past and were equally pleased with their work and there pricing.

The entire job was handled quickly and efficiently, from the scheduling down to the cleanup. I had to wait a few weeks to get the actual work date scheduled due to their workload, but the office staff had alerted me to the potential delay and called to give me the start date in almost exactly the time range they had estimated when I accepted their bid. The crew were on time, efficient, and very nice. The job was difficult in that there were ivy vines attached to two tree trunks that were 4" thick and badly ingrown, and had to be cut away from the trees with chain saws--I was concerned that the tree bark would be damaged, but Scott reassured me that the trees were not damaged and would recover and now, two months after the job, both of the trees are leafing out happily. Scott came to check in several times while the job was in progress, and surprised me after the job was completed when he came by to check with me that everything had been completed to my satisfaction and that the cleanup had been done correctly. As it turns out, Scott lives in my neighborhood, and I now know he and his family and feel like I've gained not only a great arborist, but new friends. I won't hesitate to call on Kerry's to do any work on my trees in the future. Thank you for a great job.

The crew was scheduled to arrive at 7:30 am and they were on time to the minute. They were here for 31/2 hours and trimmed 2 eucalyptus trees and one Chinese elm that was way overdue. The work was done efficiently and they cleaned up all debris after the job was done. I felt that the cost of the work was very reasonable based upon the amount of work they performed. All 3 trees looked really good after the work was completed. We will definitely use them again for any future work we need done. My thanks to the crew for a job well done!

Susan was very quick to respond to all my questions on Angie's List. The quote we received was very competitive.
