The tree was leaning badly. They were able to trim it so it was beautiful and safe.

Corey from Kerry's Tree Service showed up earlier than anticipated after placing a call for an estimate. After assessing the damaged trees, he provided what I believed to be a very fair estimate. The other estimates I had received were from $500 to 1,500 higher than Kerry's. The workers showed up on time and cleaned up after removing the Eucalyptus and Lime trees on Thursday, 3/24. They returned on Saturday 3/26 to grind the stump of the Eucalyptus tree. The only issue I discovered (today) is that Kerry's ". . .recycle our wood chips and also offer them to our customers for mulch." This was not mentioned nor offered to me and something I would liked to have utilized in my garden. Other than not offering the mulch from the tree, they were professional, the service was very good and I would hire them again.

From the beginning you could tell Kerry's employee's are experienced. They were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and went to work. I had to provide access and clear the work area, as agreed, for them before they arrived. There were a few thing i left behind thinking they wouldn't be a problem. The employee's not only cleared the area but also went further and covered my AC, Shed's and put plywood against other things to protect from damage. Things i didnt think of, they took care of!! I appreciate the good, honest work!

They are professional. The only problem is that their prices are a little high. The guy was super knowledgeable. He really knew what he was talking about. He admitted that he wasn't the cheapest, but that he does a good job and stands behind his word. He was a very genuine guy and company to deal with. I'm still deciding if I want to go with them or not. I found them on Angie's List.

The price was reasonable but I am going to do some price shopping. I had contacted one other company but they never got back to me with a quote. They were great and very responsive. The gentleman that came out was an arborist and he was very informative. He was great. One of my neighbors was leaning over the fence because I wanted to take the trees down and he handled her very nicely. He was very professional. I am definitely considering using them.

They did a good job with the work. They were here on time and cleaned up afterwards. They were a bit expensive.

I really liked the guy who came out. He was very nice, professional and he seemed to know about the trees. We didn?t end up going with him because his bid was almost double of another bid that we got. He was on time.

They were very competent and very quick to respond. I never met them as they came out when I wasn?t here. I asked them to go to my garden and take a look at the two trees. They emailed me a quote and it was fine. They were very good, but I haven?t used their service yet.

They cut one of the cypress funny but came back to fix it promptly.

They were punctual, fast, did a great overall job on the trimming, removed one tree with no hassle, clean up was thorough and fast.

Work was done quickly and efficiently..

From the time I contacted them by email I had a written quote in less than 24 hours by email. The crew showed up at the scheduled time and did all the agreed upon work in a tidy manner.

Mike explained to me the foilage that would be necessary to keep for the tree to remain healthy and continue to grow at a lower height. He was courteous and patient in his explanation. The three trimmers who did the work were also professional and courteous. The work was done, the clean up was excellent and I would indeed call the company again.

They made my tree look beautiful! They did not do a hack job like I have seen beofre. They made it estehtically pleaseing.

They showed up on time with the right amount of people and equipment. They got to work, did the job. cleaned up and were on their way. Real happy overall. Going to call them on another job in the spring.

Excellent work everywhere. Particularly expert trimming of the oak tree.

This company does good work and is very professional. The artistry is slightly less than ideal. If I could, I'd rate it B+ or A-. Good to deal with, but the person who did the estimate (excellent) did not transfer specific instructions we had discussed to paper, and did not appear at the start of the job. I had to repeat the specific instructions, and some extra work was started, which we had to catch and stop. The price seemed fair for the work done, but I did not get other estimates, as I have used this company before. The estimator did come back at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied.

He's great a little expensive but great.

The whole experience was very good. They arranged the initial visit early in the morning to accommodate my work schedule. They understood what I needed, even though I don't know enough to say things correctly. I got excellent advice about what to do to the trees, showed up on time both for the initial visit and for the work. The team of 4 workers who did the work were careful and thorough, did a wonderful job and cleaned up very well afterwords. Price seemed very reasonable for the amount of work, the time it took, and the number of workers. I would definitely recommend them to others.

WE HAVE USED THEM EVERY OTHER YEAR. THEY ARE ALWAYS RESPONSIVE, AND THEY ARE THERE WHEN YOU WANT. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS CRAFT. WHEN HE IS FINISHED YOU CANNOT TELL WHEN HE HAS BEEN THERE. WHEN HE SAYS HE'S GOING TO BE THERE, HE ARRIVES. HE WAS VERY FLEXIBLE WITH THE PAYMENTS, AND I LEAVE THE MAIL FOR HIM. HE IS VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
