Joe Sepe Heating & Air Conditioning

Description of Work: Called and next day came out and did our A/C maintenance. I thought I would have to pay at over $200.00 for a maintenance because our system had not been service for over 8 years. HIs cost was excellent less then $115 which also included freezon. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: He came to figure out what was wrong with my heating system. He came in and fixed the issue. The igniter was worn out and needed to be replaced. He gave me what seemed to be a good price and was able to do the replacement the next day. He was there bright and early and everything works perfectly now.

Description of Work: old attic heater fixed. He seemed to recognize the problem and the old unit. He replaced some parts. was very nice to show me what was wrong and explain everything. He was careful to insure that our home is safer now, because the ignition isn't leaking gas, and the spark goes where it should.

Description of Work: we had a clogged drain pipe and needed some maintenance on our AC / Heating unit. I first called a air heating company that advertised in the Coupon Clipper magazine that had a coupon. They came out and gave me an estimate of $1200. Then I went on Angie's List and found Joe Sepe and called them. They came out and gave me an estimate of $250 and then completed the work that night. They told me the previous estimate was that company taking advantage of me. I believe these guys and my air / heating unit is working great!
