Description of Work: Grisa Construction identified an subcontractor to install specialty tile/stone on an interior wall in my condo. Communication was excellent through the entire project. The work performed was professional and reasonable in price.

Description of Work: I received a quote approximately late April 2014 but never got in contact with the company. I guess they were too busy to follow up with me( they never call me back with details of the quote).

Description of Work: Provided proposal to remodel bathroom Cost was very high based upon what had to be done When I asked him when could he start, he replied he would get back to me A few days later he called and said he was too busy to do the job and will not be available until 6 months from that date. A complete waste of time for me

 + -1 moreMy husband and I recently purchased a home in Palm Desert and did not know who to call. We searched the internet to help us find a reliable contractor that was local to the Palm Desert area. Grisa Enterprises was local and they had good reviews on one of the sites I had researched. They were: reliable, on-time, honest, accommodating and affordable. His guy called us right away, we scheduled an appointment and he came out and installed the dishwasher, faucet, and fixed the pipes under the sink, and all for a reasonable price. The best part was he cleaned-up after himself and left our (Newly Remolded) kitchen spotless. Clean-up is a big thing to us! We will absolutely use his services again. They were excellent in all that they did from from a budget stand point and all aspects. This worked out well for us and we defiantly would recommend them to anyone in the area. Thank you.
Description of Work: We had our kitchen remodeled and they came and installed the dishwasher, faucet, and fixed the connecting pipes under the sink.

 + 0 moreI recently bought a property as an investment and it needed a complete overhaul. It had been vandalized badly and bathrooms and kitchen were completely gutted, as well as a bunch of misc repairs needing to be done. I'm not from this area, and my Realtor referred me to Dan Grisa, which turned out to be a great referral. I've had some spotty luck with contractors over the years, and on a project this big, you definitely don't want the wrong guy in charge... I've had some night-mare experiences. Well the project is now over and I'm happy to say that Dan and his crew did a great job, met the deadline, were competitively priced, and were professional all the way through. A pet peeve of mine is having contractors that smoke on the job (even if they do it outside), and I can say that none of his crew did and they were all clean-cut, which was nice to see. His foreman was on the job almost every day and was very communicative and didn't mind taking the time to walk-through and explain things to me. They always did what they said they would do, and when problems came up, they let me know and also provided me with a solution, instead of just throwing it on my lap. Really can't ask for much more than that!! I'd be happy to refer them out to anyone. These guys are the real deal.
Description of Work: Kitchen and bathroom remodel (new cabinets, appliances, countertops, flooring, move plumbing to new spot, misc repairs), sheetrock repair, interior painting, pool work, some landscaping, and misc repairs from a home inspection report.
