So far everything went well.

They were very responsive and seemed pretty professional. It was my tenants who actually dealt with them. Their dealings with me personally were professional. My experience with them was fine.

It was a stormy night on my floating home. My house was rocking back and forth in the wind. I could hear pots falling outside and wind chimes clanging frantically. When the storm finally died down at 5 A.M., I could still hear a strange sound. I went downstairs to investigate. To my horror, it sounded like a hundred creatures clawing underneath my floor. I had to leave my house and pace up and down the dock until dawn, despite the return of the storm. It turned out to be a family of raccoons under my floor. They would keep me up all night with their screeching and scratching. I had also lost partial power and hadn't slept for 3 nights. I called Critter Control and in spite of my hysterical voice and panicky demeanor,they were very reassuring and came out right away to set up 3 humane traps. In the end, 14 raccoons were caught and safely released into a wooded area to start a new life. Then Jeff and Dale secured around my hull to raccoon proof any entries where the critters got in. Not once did Jeff,Jamie or Dale get impatient with me when i was at my wits end. They saved my sanity. They were professional and understanding and treated the raccoons humanely. I love these guys! I highly recommend this company for all your critter problems!!

They are very friendly when they are there working for us. They are very professional about the job. They showed up on time to do the work for us. They try to work around are schedules.

I hired this company on the basis of the report in Angies list. I feel that I made a big mistake and that Angies List was of no use at all. I heard scratching in the ceiling so I was worried about rodents. The fellow came out and inspected the outside of the house only, for entry points. He did not go into the attic. He pointed out possible entry points and set 2 traps on the roof at one point. He did not cover the other entry points but told me to go to hardware store to get the materials and do it myself. (The Angies' List report I read said that he did put wire mesh over the entry points.) He told me to go buy snap traps and place them around. He was here about 1/2 hour. That cost me $300. If the traps catch anything, I have to pay $130 per animal to have it taken away. This was just today, so I don't know if anything will be caught. I asked him if the traps would hold rats and he admitted that smaller ones could squeeze out through the holes. I feel ripped off.

I called and described the problem. They asked relevant questions and then worked with me to find a time to come out (with my tenants actually as I'm the landlord of the property). They quoted a price, which they adhered to, came out and did the property inspection, determined the problem and took steps to deal with it. In this case it was feral cats in the semi-finished basement. They placed screen over the places where the cats were getting in and suggested traps, which I rejected. Traps cost $100 per animal trapped and that was too rich for my blood for this particular problem. They were honest and up-front about their costs and what they can do. They were prompt in their response and professional in the way the dealt with me.

There have been no more problems since they came out. They were very professional and came right away. When I called, they gave me an hour window and came within that time. They were good and there were no problems.

WE CALL THE COMPANY, AND WITHIN A DAY THEY ARRIVE, AND DO NOT REQUIRE US TO BE HOME. TRAPS ARE SET UNDER GROUND WITH SIMPLE FLAGS TO LATER LOCATE. WITHIN TWO WEEKS THEY RETURN, AGAIN WITHOUT OUR NEEDING TO BE HOME, REMOVE THE TRAP, AND REPLACE THE LAWN AREA IF DISTURBED. ALTHOUGH THEY CHARGE A FEE TO SET THE TRAP, THEY ONLY CHARGE THE BALANCE OF THE FEE IF THE CRITTER IS CAUGHT, WHICH THEY ALWAYS HAVE CAUGHT.

WHEN I GO IN FOR SERVICE THEY ARE SO FAST, ON TIME AND FRIENDLY. THE PRICE OF SERVICES ARE REASONABLE.
