Description of Work: "Repair leak coming into upstairs bedroom near windows |Pull up approx. 6x6' section of tiles, batts and underlayment |Install new 40 lb. underlayment, batts and reinstall roof tiles |Paint roof vents and flashing red with high temperature paint |Replace up to 6 field roof tiles. On front right decorative exposed beam, replace top 4x6" section. |Install metal on all three exposed beams on top |New material will be caulked and primed." | |The above was the work performed after Jeff initially came out to inspect the roof and affect a temporary repair ($150 for that earlier service). We no longer have a leak. If you ever want to install solar panels you should have a roofing expert like Jeff as a independent consultant to validate the solar company's installation technique before they start work. He knows his trade. |

Description of Work: We noticed a wet area on the ceiling. Decided to call Jeff after reading the good reviews here. Jeff answered right away and asked me to text him the info since he was on a job, said he would get back to me later that day. Jeff called and we s scheduled an appointment for the following day. He was able to work around our kids sports schedule. Jeff was very friendly. Unfortunately due to the current rainy season and the work that needs to be done, we couldn't schedule the work at this time. He gave us some suggestions to hold us over until spring arrives. Once the warmer, dry weather is here we will be calling Jeff to get the work done.
