Description of Work: Set up new wireless modem for my system. Also set up remote service account with him. I've only had to use it once and it worked fine.

Description of Work: my pc was slow and had a lot of worm, Trojans, etc. they were able to fix it eliminated my free Norton virus from Comcast and provided avast. however the cost of him coming out was the special, everything else to basically fix the pc turned into more money, more money, more money. I can't afford that, I was thinking at the rate constantly going up, I might as well get a new pc. that said, this man KNOWS his stuff and I would highly recommend him to anyone with lots of money. :)

Description of Work: I had this person build me a computer and was very pleased with his work but when I had problems later on his phone number had been cut off. I wanted to call him again at this time but his phone number is still cut off. He is simply unavailable. This person, Jeffrey Bilger, of Comp-u-tition, is totally unreliable and should not even be listed on Angie's List. Very frustrating.

Description of Work: My computer was bought last Christmas 2013. All that was wrong was my |printer would not print, I am not savvy about PC's. So I thought GOOD DEAL. |He told me my PC was slow and that why pay for Norton Security when he can get me free security. He told me that he would fix me up like it was a new |PC, it was a new PC !He really fast talk this Senior Citizen ! so I had to |pay an extra $225.00 for all his flash talking when all I wanted was to |print out my receipts. Next day I could not print, called him back and he |said your computer is still slow and he adjusted the printer and I did |print one item and then he charged me another $ 80.00 Total 305.00 |plus what I paid up front. Oh, by the way My printer still does not print.

Description of Work: He came to my house to work on my laptop. He was courteous and professional. While the service was good and my laptop is running much smoother, I did not like the fact that the description of the service was a little misleading. The $49 covered the in-home appointment and visual evaluation of the laptop and the files contained there-in. Everything else and I mean EVERYTHING else was extra. Some of the jobs to do the evaluation, the actual "cleaning" and all of the jobs that were run to accomplish the task were billed separately. In the end, he charged me for an additional 30 mins of his time because the jobs ran slow. In his favor, he did ask before running anything. |So.....the job was well done but the cost was misrepresented.

Description of Work: Corrected a file arrangement discrepancy, corrected a portrait-landscape print preview problem I could seem to correct and explained my tablet and added one app for me. It was a deal for 1.5 hours. I only need 1 hour, plus he want $20 more because he doesn't get enough from Angie's List to pay for the appointment.

Description of Work: I had a desktop dismantled and information transferred to a laptop, which needed reconfiguring and security upgrades. I had another laptop which also needed security upgrades. I am very pleased with the work. Jeff Bilger was easy to work with.

Description of Work: Jeffery set up my new laptop for me. It's obvious that he his extrememly knowledgable with computers. I wasn't prepared for the additional money that would be needed to buy the extra's that he stated I would probaly on my new computer. Yes, if I had a problem with my computer I would call Jeffery first.
