'My experience with Eagle Eye computer repair &Surveillance was TERRIBLE . I feel I got ripoff intentionally. He came out I told what my computer was doing (When I try to start my computer it would start & shut down with 10 seconds & that would go on for hours to days & when I got it running it would shut down in the middle of what I was doing ] So he started working on my computer & after 10 minutes or so, He said I,m a genius I fixed it an I said you fixed it he said yes.Then he cleaned the viruses up an then offered me upgrades to protect it & windows 10 for $160.00. Thinking my computer was fixed I accepted it. Later that night I was on my computer & it shut down tor no reason & had trouble starting it . ( same problem ) So I called him and told him I was having the same problem He said if what he did didn't work it was hardware problem & there nothing he can do.So I told him I wanted the $160.00 for the upgrade back he said they don't give refunds I said you told me my computer was fixed if you said the problem could come back I would not have done the upgrades. He said he didn't know he had to tell me that. I said you told me it was fixed & he said they don't give refunds WHAT A LOW LIFE PIECE OF GARBAGE

8/17/2015 I bought the deal. 8/19/2015 I received message with phone number. 8/20/2015 I call the provider and the appointment was made for the same day. He worked about an hour and I was very happy with his work.

Jeffrey did an excellent job at correcting and updating my computer.

Responded to my call promptly , set an appointment at my convenience. Was not more than 15 minutes late. Listened to my concerns and fixed the problems in a timely manner.Very personable.

Went well except that technician was unfamiliar with Apple computers so it took him a while to work on my husband's computers.

Very efficient and successful

My computer is back to how it was when I first got it. Removed Norton and replaced it with Avast and removed all the junk that was slowing it down.

Although the provider was not an expert on Macs, he was able to answer my questions and fix the problems I was having. He was very polite and personable.

My husband's PC was slow and had other problems. Jeffery came the same day as we called him. He "tuned up" my husband's PC and installed BoostSpeed to make the games go faster. He also installed 2 SSD and cables on another of our computers. Both computers are working great since then. Also, Jeffry has come on other occasions when my husband messed up his computer. Jeffry is always patient with our technical mistakes and explains how we could avoid future problems. We will always call Jeffery at the first sign of computer problems. He comes to the house or office which relieves us the problems associated with unplugging cables, dragging the computer to another location, and waiting several days, computerless, before having to reconnect cables and hoping the computer will function properly.

Jeffery has been servicing our computers for since December 2011. Initially, we called because my husband's computer had stopped working. Jeffery came that very day and got it started. He also checked up and cleaned up both of our computers. Since that time he has come on or more occasions to clean up, repair, and replace computer parts for us. He obtained free anti-virus, anti-male-ware, and clean up programs for our computers. These are working just great. I have bought some of the advanced versions of these programs for my computer and tablets. He comes to our house which saves us the hassle of disconnecting our computers and taking them to a repair company where several days pass before we can get them. Jeffery is great at explaining the computer problems, why they occurred, and how to prevent future problems. He keeps his computer skills current. He is gracious and knowledgeable. I recommend his services.

It went really well both times. Jeff shields is professional. Start to finish. Prepared. Effectant. I highly recommend him.

Total ripoff. I paid $49 for an Angie's List deal that was for 1 1/2 hours of computer repair time. Jeff showed up (40 minutes late) and starting telling me about the extra costs I would have to pay to tune up my computer. I said the deal was with no extra costs. Jeff said that a lot of people had been confused by the deal, and he had discontinued his association with Angie's List. When I asked him to tell me what he thought the deal was, I got a confusing answer. Then he made an insulting comment about other people's lack of comprehension and stomped off. He was gone within 5 minutes of arriving. He also double booked the time slot for the original appointment, but only let me know little more than an hour before. So I wasted time twice.

It went very very well, he was here for 2 hours. The big deal saved me a lot of money, if i hadn't had the big deal it would've cost me about $250 based on his pricing list. He was very personable and thorough.

Be advised that the $44 that Computition charges for 1.5 hours is for "labor," not to actually fix anything. As strange as it sounds, if you want him to do anything during that 1.5 hours, such as fix a virus, it will cost you a lot more. In my case, the (then $49) I anticipated paying became $174, for the same 1.5 hours. This is very deceptive, and something Angie's List should address. It's like hiring a writer to write a brochure for you. No writer charges money for "labor" and then charges you double or triple that amount for the actual writing. The writing is the labor. Computition's "Big Deal" wording is deceptive. And it appears designed to make us believe that, for $44, we will actually get some work done. Not so.

To say this big deal was a big disappointment would be a big understatement. All the other complaints about him charging extra for everything he proposed are on target. The ad said "$49 for 1.5 hours of on-site computer or technical services." Very deceptive. All we got for our $49 was a service call. Any services or equipment he recommended came at an extra cost. Plus, he convinced me that Avast Internet Security would be a better virus protection than our existing Norton, which is free from Comcast, and said it wasa free download. What he didn't tell me, or didn't make clear, is that I was getting only a 30-day free trial subscription of Avast that would then cost $19.99 for each of our machines. He charged $20 for a laptop "tuneup" and removing the Norton. I chose to remove the Avast and reinstall Norton. By myself.

The gentleman was friendly and did the work as promised. However, I found the final price to be expensive.

Essentially a costly nightmare. My computer was no longer connecting to my browser or to my printer. I had purchased a new computer and wanted data transferred to it. On arrival, Jeffrey Bilbger, Computition (CPT) suggested that my older computer could be made to connect with printer and internet. I also signed a disclosure that referred to an $80.00 hourly fee and stated that ?Additional services may contain increased fees.? In fact, for all services it seems, including pressing ?delete? after the diagnostic had identified malware, CPT charged the hourly fee plus what was later described as the cost for ?expertise?, more than doubling the hourly fee. My old computer was made to connect with my printer, but not to the internet and remains useless. CPT identified the internet connection problem as a defective ATT browser/modem and he called ATT to convince them to mail us a new one. It arrived some days later and did not solve the problem: my computer still did not connect with the internet. When I called CPT to say that the expertise for which I had been heavily charged did not seem to have solved my problem, CPT asked me to call again at a specific date and time. When I did so, Jeffrey Bilger said he was busy; when I called again later my call or messages were not answered or returned. I ended up paying over $400.00 on top of my ?special discount? initial Angie?s list payment which paid for my initial hour, but not for the ?expertise? costs associated with that time. The time beyond that initial hour was 1.75 hours. I had been promised a 10% senior discount which CPT calculated, not on the total amount, but only on the $285.00 that I was charged on top of the hourly fee. To add the ridiculous to the seriously misleading and unprofessional, the 10% discount on the $285.00 amount was calculated as: ?Senior discount: 10% = 24.50 = 260.50.? I was being deprived of an additional $4.00 beyond all the other costs that I was not expecting.

This was an Angie's List $49.00 "deal" for 1.5 hours of computer work. It ended up costing me $450.00, which included 3 installations of Malwarebytes, one of which required him coming back because it would not up-date. When he could not fix it, he charged me for the trip out ... Sure, he did cleaned up my computers I guess, although it would have cost me an additional $375.00 to get my older laptop to stop crashing ... I didn't bite for that one. He was, as far as I'm concerned, not straightforward. I will NEVER use him again.

Jeffrey to the point; very fast worker; and very "neat" . He goes the extra step to make sure you don't have to clean up after he is done and gone. Patient, gives you time to understand the steps he has completed and makes sure you know he is available for questions and future questions....Jeffrey, also, tested ran both our PC and Laptop to make sure everything was running. I definitely will be calling on Jeffrey again should I need assistance.

Provider was very professional and knew what he was doing. Showed up right on time and very friendly. I was having a problem with my laptop not disconnecting any external hard drives, printing anything, and taking forever to shut down, sometimes not shutting down. Nothing he did actually fixed any of it, though the laptop seems to work faster now. I did a little research myself and turned off the print spool service and everything works again.

It went fine. I had a Big Deal for $49 for 1 1/2 hour of computer repair time. He was only able to get about half the computer done in that time so I ended up paying another $300 to have him finish. That was fine because the computer is working and running much better than it was. While he was here he explained a lot about what was going on with my computer and how he was fixing it, which was nice. He did recommend that I invest in a new computer as mine is pretty old and that he could build me one for just under $1,000. I told him I'd think about it. I did some research a few days later into the cost of new computers and emailed him a few questins regarding the specs on the computer he would build. I haven't heard back from him on those questions since then.
