Description of Work: When our usual garage door company could not make it out, they suggested we contact Carmichael Overhead door. They were able to come out the next day and quickly replaced the broken part. Professional, punctual and very we were very satisfied. |

Description of Work: Shawn came out on time, diagosed the problem quickly, changed-out the needed part, made some adjustments and was on his way in less than 1/2 an hour. The door now works well. Very nice and professional company that I would use again.

Description of Work: Came the day I called, evaluated my bent door and gave me an estimate for simple repairs and then for added features that I wanted. He was very concerned that the new door would match the other garage door. He bought matching paint, painted the new door. installed windows on the other door, and painted those frames. He left me the remaining paint for any future needs.

+ -1 moreShawn was on time, very pleasant, and certainly the cost was a great surprise as I expected it to cost me much more. I was very pleased with him and his willingness to try to repair the door rather than immediately saying the sections had to be replaced and writing up an estimate.
Description of Work: I had backed into my garage door and called for repair or estimate for one or two new section replacement. Shawn hammered and screwed in a couple of loose stabilizing parts and now the door looks fine except for one slight indentation.
