The overall service from the intial phone call to the repair work were outstanding!!!! Responsive, ontime, and efficeint service. We will be calling them in the future for more work we still need to do. The only negative thing we would say is that they didn't give us a quote based on the screen type. We live in an area that is known for having views. I was quoted an approx price for our screen repair, an when the repairer came out, he asked if we wanted a clear view screen. We said yes, and then we they were done, the cost was $100 higher than the quote due to the type of screen. We would have still used them, but would have been nice to know the difference in pricing up front as opposed to after the install was done and our bill was higher than expected.

She is very friendly/personable and got the job done right away. She was great on the phone too explaining all the differences between the different screens offered by other companies too. Very happy with the product!

Based on great reviews, I called Nhorma to rescreen 8 or 9 windows. She called me back that evening and told me that although she was pretty booked out, her assistant, Josh, could come over the next day at about 11:30am. Sounded good to me. The next morning, Josh was running a bit late on his previous job, and he called to let me know he'd be a bit late. I appreciated the head's up. Josh arrived a little before noon, which is barely late at all, and was very professional and conscientious. He was meticulous in his measuring and screen construction, and all the screens fit fabulously. It's important to note that The Screen Lady does NOT use plastic corners on the screens, which become brittle and break so easily. The screens are very high quality. I was impressed with Josh's work and I highly recommend The Screen Lady.

I was absolutely pleased with The Screen Lady's service. She was on time, efficient, friendly, polite, very professional and she did the work on a timely manner. She also checked on a couple of other things that we asked her to look at and she did a quick repair for us. My husband said that she was absolutely delightful to work with and we will definitely use her again.We already recommended her to other people.

She was very nice and did a great job. I recommend her to others but I think she was a little expensive; then again, she did replace every screen in my house.

Norma and crew need working space for their mobile factory on a trailer. Luckily for us, the city was digging up the lanes and alleys about our home and the streets were closed to through traffic. This allowed Norma to bring her work station right up close to our home. Others may not be so fortunate.

She was extremely knowledgeable and provided us with many options, going so far as to steer us clear of spending more than we needed to. The work she & her team did was outstanding! I would highly recommend The Screen Lady to anyone!

Arrived on time, replaced the screen, everything went perfectly.

On the initial visit, Norma advised us and made excellent suggestions on the new screen doors. She listened to our requests and provided several custom choices. When they were installed everything was flawless and went as expected. After the job was completed, she left us feeling very confident that if there was any problem, it would be quickly and professorially resolved. We plan to be a repeat customer.

An excellet job. I rarely write reviews, but Norma and the job she performs deserve positive recognition. This is a good company. Seriously - my ONLY dissapointment the day that she performed the services is that I was told (with apologies) that she wouldn't be able to do screen repair at our new home in Coronado. Too far south... :(

Everything's a ten! She was great! Norma and her assistant, Tyson, came out today. They were prompt, professional, did excellent work and they are easy to deal with. I would highly recommend them. Just terrific! Norma and Tyson are just wonderful! They call on their way. Also, they explain and communicate very well.

Nohrma (spelling?) was excellent - very personable and professional. We had a warped front doorstep which made the install somewhat challenging. She very clearly showed us the issues and came up with a very good solution that worked both functionally and asthetically.

We had an approx appt time set up for late in the afternoon. The Screen Lady was running late but called to let me know. When Norma and her partner showed up and they went right to work repairing and replacing my screens. Completed the job in a little over 30 minutes. Extremely professional and very friendly. They've been doing this for over 10 years. They know their screens!! Even gave my husband a lesson on how to insert and remove a screen properly so hopefully he won't bend any more frames! Their price was just as quoted over the phone. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to any one who needs new screens or frames.

Absolutely excellent! So glad I joined Angie's List and found Nhorma!! Prompt in responding to my initial phone inquiry, quick to give me a quote over the phone, prompt in responding to an email I sent with additional questions. When she arrived to do the work she was very professional yet friendly, as was the woman who worked with her. She wore shoe covers when she came into my home, which I appreciated. I mentioned our cat was able to push some of the existing screens out and she made sure the screens were made to fit better so he couldn't do that. She noticed some inconsistencies with how our window frames were made that impacted how she constructed screens from one window to the next. She explained the issue she was having and was exacting in making sure the final product fit perfectly in each window. Once all the screens were made and installed. she educated me on how to remove and install the screens correctly. I HIGHLY recommend The Screen Lady. She's a perfectionist and that suits me very well.

Compared Norma with a few of her competitors before we hired her. On paper her original price was a little higher. But by the time she came to give us an estimate and then ended up doing the work, she threw in so many little favors and freebies that her price actually ended up being considerably less. Add that in with her impeccable work and you have the ultimate combo. Highest Recommendation.

The Screen Lady is wonderful. She guarantees her work and has made repairs when things don't work right at no extra charge years into the future. I highly recommend her. she is pleasant and reliable and her screens are low maintenance and high quality.

She was fabulous and the work turned out very well. She was on time, efficient, competent, and friendly. I am very happy with her and I would hire her again. She told us how long it would take and that?s how long it took. The price was a little high but we got what we paid for.

Two very professional ladies, Norma and her side kick, came and re-screened some old frames and in some instances produced brand new framed screens for the home we had just moved into.

I have used this lady's services before and will always call her with my screen problems. She is dependable, does a great job and is very pleasent.

It turned out absolutely wonderful. She replaced the screen with a high quality screen that in mind is cat proof. She was very quick to respond and worked efficiently. Her price was quite competitive. I would definitely call her again if I needed this type of work.

They did a great job and their service was fantastic. About a year later someone broke a piece and they replaced the broken piece for us for free. They are very good and they have been around for years. I would use them again in the future.

She is fabulous, she really was quite good. I think it was a very good price, she was punctual and everything about what she had done was very good.
