The gentleman who showed up was fantastic, prompt, and professional.

We had several conversations to find a time that would work for all. The screen lady workman showed up on time and got to work. All required work was performed very well and I would certainly use The Screen Lady again.

They were completely efficient, courteous, answered all my questions and concerns and even helped me secure a screen that kept popping out that someone else had done recently. (Four windows were not done because I had had them done elsewhere recently.) They cleaned up everything before they left. A+ service!

The Screen Lady arrived a few minutes early. She and her assistant evaluated the two tasks, devised an approach for each task with associated pricing to complete. Work was completed within an hour. The quality of the tasks performed was outstanding and innovative.

Went very well! Both Norma and her husband were super efficient and personable. They accessed everything from outside which was not disruptive to my quiet morning at home on vacation. My dog who is questionable of strangers liked both of them and that was nice too. It was easy communicating with them to set everything up too. The screens are beautiful and the workmanship excellent. In and out fast and got the job done with no muss or fuss. Highly recommend and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Nhorma gave me prices over the phone to come to my house and have very old screen replaced. Nothing in my house is of a standard size, and I had been putting off having the work done due to the anticipated cost. I also do not want to have to bring 15 screens (including a huge, oversized slider) into a shop somewhere and wait two weeks to have it done, and then try to install them myself. The price Nhorma quoted me seemed almost too low , to have a mobile truck come to my house and replace everything at once, with high quality frames and screen material ! But I relied on other Angies list reviews and made an appointment. When Nhorma and her husband showed up at the appointed time, they went right to work. Not only did they replace 13 frames and screens, she threw in one small window that I was not going to do, no charge, so it would match all the others !! :) I LOVE my new screens, especially the slider... it blocks the sun but still lets air flow, and looks and moves sleekly ! Thank you , for a job well done at a great price ! This is a professional, top notch quality business that I will definitely use again when I am ready to rescreen my upstairs windows. Believe all the other A reviews on this site -- there is no reason to use anyone else for your screening needs !

Decided not to replace the screen; flipped it so it would slide better. Technician gave all options for better slide.

I called them because of all the other excellent reviews they have received, and they turned out to be every bit as excellent as everyone says they are. My dog tore a big hole in two sliding patio door screens a few months ago. Josh came out and replaced those screens. His delivery truck had all the equipment and supplies necessary to make new screens (including new frames) on the premises and he took the time to make them fit perfectly, using screening material that had a heavier mesh designed specifically for animals. I also ordered two pet grills, but one of them was a non-standard size, so Josh had to order it. The special order pet grill came in a couple weeks, and Nhorma Eischen, the owner, came and installed it. Because they had done such a great job with the replacement screens, I asked Nhorma about creating a screened-in porch out of the covered patio off my kitchen. She advised me to get a licensed contractor to build the framing and she gave me a general idea how it should be designed. While the contractor and I were measuring the space for the framing, I called Nhorma to ask about the dimensions for the screen door. She went to her storage unit to see what she had in stock and she called me back later that afternoon to tell me that she had a 32-1/2" custom-size screen door that another customer had ordered and then cancelled, and she offered to sell me that door for half price. So I was able to give the contractor the exact dimensions for the screen door opening and he then designed and built the rest of the framing and I got an unexpected bargain in the deal. On the day of the installation, Nhorma called me a couple of hours ahead of time to explain that they were having problems on their other job and gave me a new estimated time of arrival. And then they showed up exactly when they said they would. I really appreciated this courtesy and consideration of the value of my time. Nhorma and her husband then installed the screen door and built and installed the screen panels. Before they started, they showed me several samples of screening material and I chose one that is specifically designed to keep pets from tearing holes in it. It took them about three hours to complete the job, and I was impressed by how carefully they had measured all the spaces and aligned the screens. The completed project looks fabulous! And now my dog and two cats have a special sunny and breezy place to hang out without the risk of escaping outdoors.

The job went very well. We initially wanted 11 screens to be replaced. We reviewed the regular and better view material; 6 screens were made with better view. Corroded and bent screen frames were replaced with new ones (5). The new frames and screening looked so good, we had two more doors and eight large window screen frames replaced and screened. Josh was our technician: professional, nice person and did really fine work.

They did a wonderful job! They went in and did the work, leaving the place spotless. They even locked the door behind them since I was not able to stay at the house as I was moving at the time. Their work was impeccable. They were short staffed at the time, and so the owner even came herself to make sure the work was done on time.

My experience with them was good. They were very nice ladies. They called me right back and scheduled my job right away and got it done right away.

Very professional, very polite and very punctual! Ultimately, I decided that the installation would not be appropriate for my doors but Nhorma was very understanding and did not make me feel like I wasted her time coming to my home. I would / will call her again should the need arise.

Nhorma arrived exactly on time. We discussed colors - I'd chosen bronze over the phone, but if we had wanted another color, while we'd likely have had to reschedule, she would have accommodated the request and come back another time. It's clear she places great emphasis on customer satisfaction. The bronze looked good, so we were all set. Nhorma measured the door frame and explained how everything would work, which way it would open, etc. She and an assistant cut the pieces to fit on a flatbed parked outside. They installed it in about a half an hour. Following the installation, Nhorma explained the operation and maintenance, all of which are quite simple. The quality appears to be excellent and it looks great, not that there's much to look at with a retractable. We discussed doing another screen door for our front door and quickly settled on the best solution. Nhorma scheduled it immediately for eleven days from now. As a result of our ordering the second screen door, she reduced the price for both. Nhorma was perfectly professional and eager to answer any and all questions. It's easy to see why she's in such demand. If all contractors were this good, the world would be a far better place.
