One person came out and he took care of it quickly. The job got done right and quick.

She was excellent, she has like five stars, has a reasonable price, quick, perfectionist, and she did a very good job. I have been using her for three years. My neighbors hired her as well. Overall, she has an A grade.

She was great. It was Norma the owner who we spoke to but her assistance Josh did the work and he was wonderful as well.

Both the slider fix and the installation of the retractable screen went well. Both visits were timely and professional. Work was neat, no mess, no glitches. The young man sent to repair our screens was on time and courteous. He first did a walkthrough around our house and told me what he could do and how much. In one case he said that screen didn't need a new frame and that he could just repair the screen, thus saving us money. He also showed me a trick that I could use to remove screens for washing without damaging them. In all we were happy with the job.

Arrived on time. Provided options and did not push the most expensive option. Professional yet friendly. I will be using her again to rescreen all windows. .

We are extremely satisfied with the quality and the workmanship. When we look out the front screen while walking past the door we barely notice the screen. The Screen Lady and step mom were well organized and informative. The German Shepards were also nice. We will definitely use them for future purchases.

Nhorma is the best. She did a great job on all of our screens. She stands behind her work. When are vanishing screen needed an adjustment she came out and did it free of charge. Highly recommend A+.

Overall it was very easy. They came to my house and did the work in my driveway. They built all the screen right at my residence. The only thing I didn't care for was the way the screen door handle. It has very sharp edges. And it was more costly than I thought it would be. But I guess that's the cost of screens these days. And the ease of having the work done right at my home was great.

They came when scheduled, calling to let me know when they were on their way. I was very pleased with their work and their high degree of professionalism. Nhorma was very good about explaining the options available to me regarding types of screening available for the patio doors. She also spent some time explaining the retractable door since I was not familiar with that type of screen door. I feel her advice was excellent and am extremely pleased with my new front door screen. She also showed me options for a pet door installation on the patio door which I chose not to do at this time.

When first contacted, Nhorma asked a number of questions to determine our exact needs. The questions centered around how sturdy the screens needed to be, did the frames need repair, and did the screens need to allow as full view as possiblwe through them. She was very pleasant to speak with, professional, returned calls, kept us informed about the appointment and arrived at our home on time. There were no hidden items or surprises during the work. She does a great job of screen repair, at a fair price, and is very nice to interact with. I was very pleased with the entire process.

The day the work was to be done Joshua called to let me know they could not do the work in the rain. He decided to keep the orginal appointment. When he arrived there was a light drizzle. There was room in my garage for his work truck. We decided to continue the job. Joshua and I walked around the house identify which screens to be completed. Joshua set about doing the work. His work fast, accurate, and very professional I would have him back anytime to work in my home.

I really liked her. She was very knowledgable and really helpful. She has a good reputation. She was recommended by several people. I am going to call her to do the work.

Josh did a great job on our screens. While Josh was finishing a couple of the screens, I noticed that there was an imperfection in one of the new screens. He looked and realized that it was through his entire roll of screening material. Luckily, it only showed up in one screen and he quickly fixed it, no questions asked. Excellent, fast work. I would definitely hire The Screen Lady again.

The Screen Lady was great. She custom-made the screen door for me on site. I can't say anything negative about her. She gave great service.
