Newman Windows did what they said they would do, on time, on schedule and in the most professional manner. From the original salesperson to the onsite project workers to the office staff, each person was able to facilitate the job exactly as ordered. Such a pleasure to work with a company that can facilitate all aspects of a job, from the office communications to the clean-up. If we had any questions, we had multiple phone contacts at-the-ready. A pleasure to work with and we've recommended the company often.

This the second time we used Newman Replacement Windows and once again, things went very well. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. One window was mis-measured and they expedited a new window and got it installed ASAP, the crew for the correction arrived a few minutes early and met our high expectations of this organization! All around another great job!

The installation took a little longer than anticipated (about 6.5 hrs).

Newman's very professional team did a wonderful job! This was a very difficult undertaking since all of the windows had to be custom-designed and fitted into a wood and glass house whose architectural lines are vital to its design integrity.

Scott was the representative we met at their showroom and he was also the one to come to our home. He did a very competent job. When he gave us the price, he was expecting us to commit on the spot. We politely told him we had other contractors to see before we made a decision. He left us the proposal. Although we decided to use another vendor, Scott was very polite and knowledgeable. My only small complaint was the fact that he continued to call the house. We were not given the chance to call him back with an answer.

The project was priced entirely too high for the work to be performed. There must be too much mark-up in there.

We had estimates for 4 contractors, Newman was lowest bid. We chose them partly on bid, but mostly on their long time in business, and ratings by Angie's list. They did a superior job and were one of 2 other contractors that would reinstall mini-blinds. Also they supplied previous customers that we contacted about their work. All were satisfied. On completion, the crew spotted flaws that we would not have noticed, and these windows were replaced within a week by Milgard Mfg the window maker!

Very pleased with the entire process. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

Newman came out for a proposal, the day after I contacted them and the windows were ready for installation, before I needed them. Once I was ready, they scheduled me right away and completed the job in one day. Prompt, clean, complete and professional. Excellent job! I wish all my home improvements went this smoothly.

Very easy to work with. They scheduled with tenant to take measurements then faxed over a bid the next day. The doors were ready when they promised. They scheduled installation with tenants as soon as doors came in from the factory.

We received several bids from different window replacement companies. The major factor for us, on choosing Newman Windows, was the company doesn't break the seal (stucco) around the window and door openings. The price for the windows and doors was in the middle range of the quotes that we received. The crew showed up on time and was very polite and ready to answer any questions that we had. They installed the windows and doors in three days. I would highly recommend Newman Windows.

Crew was on time, cleaned up constantly, very polite, gave good instructions on how to care for and use the doors and windows, and did the work all in one day.

Overall an excellent experience, the sales person was honest and responsive. The price was better than even another ''no name'' window company that came out to bid, but not the lowest. However, they were the lowest for a quality national product. The crew was on time, very careful with our belongings,very polite, etc. The work looks great and would recommend to others that would like a quality product.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH NEWMAN REPLACEMENT WINDOWS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. ONE OF THEIR MEN BROKE A PLANTER BOX AND THEY WERE HAPPY TO REPLACEMENT IMMEDIATELY.

THEIR PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE. SOME COMPANIES WERE CHEAPER AND SOME MORE EXPENSIVE. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT WOULD HAPPEN...IE STUCCO DAMAGE. THEIR INSTALLATION TOOK ABOUT 3 DAYS. THEY PUT TRIM ALL AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE WINDOWS. THEY USED MILGARD WINDOWS WITH THE LOW-E TINT. ON THE GARDEN WINDOW THEY USED SPECIAL STRONG BRACKETS TO MOUNT IT TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE. THESE WERE THEIR OWN DESIGN WHICH I APPRECIATED, SINCE I WAS PUTTING GRANITE OUT TO THE END OF THE WINDOW.

INSTALLED WINDOWS ON DATE PROMISED. LOOKED GREAT THE FIRST TIME. GAVE PAPERWORK AND INSTRUCTIONS ON REMOVAL. DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS, INSIDE HOUSE OR OUT, AFTER INSTALLING FOUR WINDOWS. PLAN TO CALL THEM FOR ADDITIONAL WINDOW IN THE FUTURE.

VERY RESPECTFUL and PLEASANT INITIAL CONTACT (SALES REP). WORK WAS DONE ON TIME and AS AGREED. RETURNED 6 MOS. LATER TO REPLACE 3 MORE WINDOWS. 2 WINDOWS WERE PUT IN SLIDING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION THAN WAS REQUESTED, THEY FIXED IT ON THE SPOT, THOUGH SLIGHTLY BEGRUDGINGLY. ALL WINDOWS LOOK and FUNCTION GREAT.
