Description of Work: I wanted to hire someone to do Spring cleaning for me. Although I asked the person I talked to if she knew what I meant and she said yes I didn't think she really knew what I expected. I made a second call to tell her more of what I wanted. She was not the person who did the cleaning. Some things I wanted cleaned I was told they did not usually do, put she did most of what I wanted. However I am finding things that were not dusted. The cleaning I received was more like weekly cleaning and not quite all of that. I thought the price was very reasonable and less than I expected for the amount of work this large house needed. I was charged by the square foot. Two of the rooms did not need any cleaning. The person who cleaned was very nice and easy to work with . |

Description of Work: The provider arrived promptly at 9am and cleaned our house from top to bottom. She spent a lot of time and was very thorough and professional. I cannot remember her name but I will use her again in the future. Our house has never been so clean!!!

Description of Work: It was a special offer, and they were fabulous. There was some confusion about whether I was supposed to contact them before the person left. I didn't and have regretted it. I intend to call them now that I've been reminded of who it was.

Description of Work: I bought a coupon for an 8 hr. deep clean as a Xmas present to myself. |Things got off to an iffy start when the cleaner that was scheduled for 8am didn't arrive until 9:30. Due to language issues, I didn't get the full story on that. However, once she got here, she worked hard and nonstop until 5:00pm. My bathrooms have never been cleaner. She missed a few items, but what she did was so good, I didn't care. I was very impressed and would use her again in a heartbeat. Best present I ever gave myself.

Description of Work: Hi I just wanted to stop in and say how wonderful Kay's Busy Maid is. To be honest I did not find them on Angie's List. However I can tell you I am glad that I did find them! Keri is an outstanding person when it comes to communication. It was hard for me to get a house cleaner. I guess you could say I swallowed my pride and did it anyway. I can't tell you how nice it is to be able to spend more time with my family now and do other things that I need to get done. They are very easy to work with when picking a time to come to your place. Keri asked me to give a list off all I wanted done and I can tell you I did not want to do that. I felt uncomfortable in saying hey this is what I want done. I can say that Keri made me feel very comfortable and at ease, so now making a list is no problem. If you make a list they will get it done! If they can't get it done in the 4 hours they are there then they will do it the next time they are out. You can make a detailed list of what you want done first and they will get it done. I have 4 bedrooms and 2 baths ( 1 bath is in re model) They do everything you ask, my list is to long to list here. But I can tell you they come in and get it all done! I have only had the chance to work with Nicole. She is an amazing person! She is very polite as well as very conscious of what you want done. If she has a question on what you want done then she dose not hesitate to ask what you want done. If she can't get to what was on your list in the 4 hour time frame then she will let you know. I am truly happy with Keri and Nicole at Kay's Busy Maids. I use there service every 3 weeks and am very happy when Nicole leaves.
