They were running a bit late. They called me to let me know that they wouldn't be there exactly on time. I was okay with this, I was also running a bit behind. There were two women who came in, introduced themselves and informed me of how they clean. They came in completely stocked with cleaning equipment and got right to work. One started in the front room and the other in the main bathroom. They did not stop for quite some time, a couple of hours. I had to leave and run an errand they keep working, and were working when I returned. They were very pleasant, asking questions, and letting me know how they would be cleaning. I was very pleased with the way they cleaned and have scheduled to have them come back. Both were very professional and hard workers.

I appreciated how she followed up with me and scheduled the appointment after I bought the coupon. However, they only sent one gal for the whole house.

I told them the things I needed done the most (bathrooms, vacuuming, scrubbing floors) and once they were finished, each of them then asked me what else I wanted. They cleaned blinds and bookshelves very carefully. All around both times a very good experience.

Worker came promptly; organized gift wrap closet and began organizing home office.

Stephanie brought boxes and items out of an out of control room used for crafting. We sorted through items evaluating for further organization. We determined what was trash, what could be donated and items were then reorganized by usage. We made a big dent in the project but were not able to complete with in four hours. Stephanie was pleasant to work with and patient with me. During the process I became emotional while sorting through pictures and cards I had made for my recently deceased husband. They clean our house biweekly and do a great job, good attention to detail and they clean very quickly.

As I described above, Julian did everything I requested, very thoroughly. He was personable, and professional. He is hard-working, attentive to detail, and I would recommend him to anyone.

Keri is very pleasant to work with, she has cleaned our home for many years. She is honest, usually very prompt and the house always looks neat and tidy when she is done. She is very responsive to all our special requests especially because we have hardwood floors and stone bathroom floors that need different treatments.

A. Kays went out of their way to accommodate me, helping me get my house in shape for my son's birthday party. They were able to fit me into their tight schedule. The woman who showed up was on time, extremely energetic and conscientious. She even stayed longer than required, in order to do the job to her own very high standards. I was so impressed and so grateful. I will never use anyone else.

Great, they did a great job cleaning my house

The ladies showed up right on time, they were both friendly and professional, they worked longer than was agreed upon, didn't charge any more for staying longer, they did a fantastic job, I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided.

Scheduled a whole home cleaning based on the "coupon" available through Angie's List. Got the appointment scheduled (very prompt response time to request). Provided a map and detailed directions due to where we live. Came home the evening of the scheduled cleaning and the cleaner was still at our house because "she got lost for 3 hours". After waiting another hour after we got home (it was now 7:30pm), I asked the girl to leave. Reported this to the "owner" of the company and after she first told me that the girl had stayed longer than the coupon stated, she begrudgingly stated that if I wanted her to she would refund "some" of my money, or the girl would come back out and finish my cleaning "for free". Was not impressed at all with how this was handled and will not be using this company again. Not sure why the company thinks it's a good deal to "come back out and finish cleaning for free", when the cleaning was not finished to begin with. Oh well, I'll just have to continue my search for a quality, professional house cleaning service that I can count on.

Keri comes out to the house every other week. This was a change for us, since we had weekly service in the past. But Keri actually leaves the house in a cleaner state than our prior house cleaners. And she needs about a 1/2 hour less time to do the work, which is great. Keri and her crew are very professional, always arriving on time, and are very pleasant to have around the house. Their rates are very reasonable - not the cheapest but not the most expensive. I would recommend using her service.
