They did not contact me after I purchased the deal. I called after two weeks and they said they could not get to me for a week. They did not want to honor the deal telling me to call Angie's List.

The price was really not worth it. We had to tell them everything and keep a keen eye on what they were cleaning. When they told us they had finished cleaning, we had to check and found that they had not cleaned two cupboards, even though we paid them extra to clean cupboards. After they left, we realized that she only cleaned half of the refrigerator. We called and asked her to come back and clean the whole refrigerator. It was too late by then and we went back to move our furniture in the next day, only to realize that the shoe closet wasnt cleaned, the toilets were not cleaned properly and still had a few stains on the floor, that we had to clean ourself. We also realized that she never asked for a step stool to clean all the cupboards and closets where she couldnt have possibly reached without climbing on anything. The TV closets were still dusty from inside. Before she left, we thought she had done a good job, but really it was a terrible job for the cost we paid. I would not recommend this service again.

Keri was flexible and professional when I had to reschedule because of an illness. She even when out of her way to work around my schedule and came on the weekend to accommodate me. Her workers did a great job on the place. It looks the best it has in a year. Thank you!

The service went great. They did a fabulous job cleaning our house and we would use them again. Two cleaners came out and did the work in 4 hours. They did a pretty good job cleaning the majority of our large home. I had them concentrate on the kitchen and bathrooms. The cleaners were very polite and hardworking. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

They were on time, friendly, they had great attitudes and did a wonderful job. I liked that they brought their own cleaning supplies because there were a lot of supplies that I didn't have readily hand. I highly recommend their services to others.

She was very nice and professional. The only complaint was she was a bit late because she had to come from El Cajon. The house looked amazing!

When they got there, the girl in charge stated that I got the wrong service. At that point she changed the service to deep clean the kitchen and not the bathrooms. I did not know that she was doing this. I just acknowledged that the coupon that I purchased was the only one available. Somehow she interpreted this to mean that I wanted the kitchen deep cleaned and not the bathrooms. Clearly we did not communicate very well. After 2 and 1/2 hours the girls just stopped and left without checking out. No good bye, nothing. The kitchen floor that had been deep cleaned the day before had sticky stuff all over the floor that I had to scrape off with a knife. The person moving in the house paid for another person to clean the bathrooms. Not a good experience on my part.

It worked out fine. They are going to be coming back. It was good. They go by the square footage of the house to determine the price. They worked with me to work out something but they are pretty busy. They overlooked some things that could have cleaned that they didn't. They were talking on their cell phones while they were working a couple of times.

A Kays Busy Maids did an excellent job cleaning our house. No corner was left uncleaned. The staff took off years of dust from all our mini blinds, and window sills. They knocked off cobwebs, cleaned sealing fans and lights and scoured our floors, kitchen and bathrooms. Our oven has never shined so bright. Honestly our house has never felt so clean. They did a great job for the price. We are very happy with their service and plan on using them again.

Was on time and a very good worker. She made my fridge shine, inside and outside. Did an excellent job on all tasks and was very pleasant.

The owner and an employee, showed up "on time," they both were pleasant, professional and very accommodating. They knew what needed to be done and knocked it out. They worked well together, making this a pleasant experience. Good work ladies!

A force of four people came at the scheduled time. They began work immediately on our 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. They brought all necessary cleaning equipment and disposables. They cleaned blinds, ceiling fans, furnace registers, the kitchen stove and refrigerator (inside and out). We are quite pleased with their efforts and will not hesitate to use them again.

Very well. The cleaning personnel were punctual, friendly, hard working. They used every minute of the allotted time to continue cleaning. They did a great job; I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

The person who came did an excellent job. Unfortunately, I never heard back from the owner of the company and I have no idea how much the service would be without the special rate.

No response to the dates and times requested though I gave all email and phone info requested. I did it myself, the cleaning, because I needed it done. I thought vendor response, or lack thereof, rude.

We needed a time inbetween the holidays to have our house cleaned. We were combining households and did not have a large winodow to work in. They came out on New Years day to clean! And although they were not able to finish the house in the amount of time we had paid for,.there staff asked if it would be ok to break for lunch and then come back and finish. This was customer service of the highest quality from honest staff. We will highly recomend A Kays busy maids to anyone looking for quality value.

They did a great job. Showed up on time, provided all of their own tools & supplies, and cleaned the way I never seem to have time to do myself. They were very polite, professional, and a pleasure to interact with. I'd recommend them to anybody who wants their house cleaned right.

When I finally got my schedule together, we agreed on a specific date and she no showed and didn't call. I called her and she pretty much blew me off. I was able to get my money back through Angie's List.
