Their price was not too bad. My wife said they were pretty professional. It took a while for them to get back to me. We were playing phone tag alot. I bought the deal in June and they could not get out until August. Then they got there, they said what would you like done, my wife said the bathrooms, dusting and a few other things. They did the bathrooms real nice and never got around to dusting. They other things were not done well. They can do good general cleaning but other things not well.

Excellent. They did a great job! I was always happy to come home after they had been here. They are very responsible and do great work. Very professional and used organic products.

Not great. They didn't clean one of the bedrooms and some of my belongings were rifled through... I do not recommend their services.

Only one girl came so it took her most of the day but she did an excellent job. She was careful, thorough, and efficient. The house looked great when she was done. We were very happy with her work and would definitely use the servicer again.

They had to change the date, they day before?so it was rather inconvenient. We were treated rudely over the phone several times. The maids did a great job, but we were very unimpressed at the poor level of customer service.

I would not use them in the future. Their cleaning was fine, but they were really hard to schedule with, and they cancelled the first appointment at the last minute on the really last day, so it was hard to get another appointment in with them.

It was so so. There were no additional costs. They just did a small cleaning. I have used other maids before and $85 would clean the whole house. This one pays for only 20% of the area that got cleaned. I wouldn't use them again. They could have been more efficient and covered more area. The price is fine and an A if they clean the whole house but not for just a little area. Responsiveness was fine. They were on time.

I ended up paying more and it was partly my fault in doing that. I scheduled them and they came when they were scheduled. I have gone to another provider and I think that they are a little better and I know they are cheaper. They were alright and we have used them more than once. Because of cost factors, I have gone with another provider. I would consider using them in future.

They did a good job. They were energetic and professional.

They came in and cleaned very well

It was good. They were great. I liked the people who were here doing it. There were two ladies. They were very good.

They did a phenomenal job! Cleaned all surfaces, floors, sinks, showers, refrigerator.

As I reported in an earlier review, this provider did not take my work request because it was in Ramona, CA; an area they do not service.

Rosie was here on time and got right to work on the bathrooms. She brought her own cleaning supplies and did a great job on the bathrooms (especially the boys bathroom). I picked this deal to kind of do a test run to see how they cleaned as to whether I would use them on a regular basis. I was thrilled to have her help and am looking forward to Rosie's help in the future!

It went great. I was very pleased with the service they provided. In fact, I am having them come back once a month to repeat the cleaning that I requested.

There was confusion with the service because she didn't want to clean the whole house when she got there. I literally had to get out the coupon to show her that that is what I paid for. She actually had to call her boss at one point to verify that. They did finally do it but it definitely took some effort. There was a lot of cleaning that I thought should have been done better. I would tell a friend to make sure to read the fine print, because that's what saved me and do a follow up if they decide to use the company. They were there when they said they would.

Cleaner was 15 mins late and started the clock before seeing what needs to be cleaned (15 mins). Needed help in finishing up.

They were about the same as America's Best but we have used this service with Kay's Busy Maids more than once.

cleaning was acceptable. It wasn't top notch but probably acceptable.

They had two ladies show up, one was excellent and one was ok. The service was good. They showed up on time. One was a hard worker but the second one was ambitious as the first one.

I messaged Keri through angles list to schedule a date to get my kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms cleaned. She told me that they were booked for the next two weeks. That was ok with me because I wasn't in a hurry. So I scheduled for a Wednesday and she gave me a window of a start time between 11am and 2pm. The morning of the scheduled appointment I took the time to declutter my kitchen and bathrooms in order to make it easier for the cleaners to get access to everything. 2:00 comes and goes and I still hadn't heard from them. At 2:30 I finally called to ask if they were on their way. Keri was completely unprofessional. She kept giving me excuses like "oh there was a really bad accident on the freeway this morning so the cleaners are running a couple of hours late on all the jobs today" That sounded like complete BS to me but even if that were the case then a simple phone call to let me know would have been nice. She then needed me to remind her what area of town I lived in. Once I told her she explained that they could still come today but it wouldn't be until around 4:30 or 5:00pm. I have a two year old and an 8 month old who I need to cook dinner for and bathe during that time so having people in my kitchen and bathroom would have been a total inconvenience. I asked if we could just reschedule for another day. She then told me that she left her calendar at another clients house earlier that morning. Again, totally sounds fishy and unprofessional. She told me she could do the following Wednesday but wasn't sure on the exact time and she would call me later that evening to give me the info. She then went on a rant for 5 minutes about how important her angies list and yelp reviews were to her. She was making no sense at all and sounded like a complete airhead. Of course I never received a call from her that evening. The next day when I still hadn't heard from her, I decided to email her again through angles list since that was how we had previously been communicating and she seemed to respond the best that way. I let her know that I was still waiting for an exact time on when I should be expecting her on Wednesday. Days went by and I never got a response. At this point I was fed up and had made my mind up that I was going to get my money back. I was not going to give my business to someone who ran a business like this. Usually I am very understanding but this girl was really rubbing me the wrong way. I wake up that next Wednesday to an email from her. She had finally responded to my question of what time she would be there and all the email said was "See you tomorrow!". She still hadn't told me what time!!!! I am a stay at home mom with two young kids so I knew I would be home most of the day but I wasn't getting my hopes up. I honestly thought no one was going to show up again. I responded asking her again what time they would be here. No response. Finally at 1:00 there is a knock at my door. It was two cleaning people. They were nice enough and did a decent job. One of them was actually Keri's mother. I learned this after I had been bad mouthing her daughter a little bit about her lack of professionalism and communication skills. Oops. I felt bad because I didn't have any cash to tip them but I really didn't think anyone was coming at this point so I wasn't prepared. After this experience I was reading other yelp and angles list reviews for this company and I realized I wasn't the only one experiencing these problems. I wish I would have done my due diligence and read the reviews before I purchased this deal. Do yourself a favor and find another cleaning company. Preferably one ran by someone with half a brain who knows what they are doing.

It went failry well. Since they were on a time limit they stopped right at the 2 hours. There were elements that still needed cleaning and I had to do it myself. What they actually did though was done well.

Carrie is very sweet and pleasant to be around. She works hard and is consciences about doing the job right.

The cleaning was not as "deep" as I had hoped -- but I thought that the special covered the kinds of non-surface cleaning our usual cleaner does not do (such as inside cupboards), and seem to have misunderstood. They did do the oven (which our regular cleaner will do) or the refrigerator (which our regular cleaner does not do). For a basic housecleaning, I think they do a good, thorough job. Two cleaners, very nice, fast, and professional.

Good deep cleaning for a really dirty house. Took all objects and cleaned behind them but left things where I could find them. Friendly with me, my Family, and my pets.
