Kay’s Busy Maids now operates in two metro areas: Portland, OR and San Diego, CA. We're proud to use effective, all-natural, and biodegradable cleaning products to keep your house clean without chemicals that could be toxic to the environment and to you. Not only that, but we guarantee your satisfaction 100% – if you aren't satisfied with the service we provide, we’ll come back the next day and re-do the job for free. It’s that easy!, Portland customers please call 503-830-8407 and San Diego customers please call 619-920-5877 Owned & operated by Keri Sue Whitney. We have a 48 hour rescheduling policy. The first time we show up and its a no show it is a fee of $35.00. The second time we show up at the scheduled appt. time and day and its a no show again it will result in the lost value of the deal purchased.

Description of Work: I asked them to clean my kitchen and my bathroom. Neither had had a thorough cleaning for a long time. They did a very good job on some things, a so-so job on others. I had a hard time finding from them what time of day they were coming, because they only wrote by email and did not leave a phone number. I would use them again.

We called when on our way to make sure you were home and received no answer or call back for a half hour so we headed back to the office. You said we had to wait to come until after 4pm to clean for you because you did not get home from work until then. So we called at 4pm with no answer and at 4:30 headed back to the office. The voicemail was full so we could not even leave a message on it.
