Description of Work: Cleaning of our kitchen and 2 baths. They did a very good job and we were satisfied with the entire experience.

Description of Work: Middle of the road cleaning job. Didn't adhere to cleaning priority instructions discussed before job was started. Seemed to take more breaks than job dictated.

Description of Work: I signed up for a coupon for 4 hours' worth of organization services. I needed to clean up, throw out, and sort files and clippings in my office. She helped me figure out labeling file folders, creating piles to keep, file, toss, and just kept my nose to the grindstone. Very helpful.

Description of Work: Keri and her mom impressed me as a great team. They did a good job cleaning my home, and I plan to use them on a regular basis going forward. My overall rating is a B+; due to a B in Quality. They missed the inside of my oven. Which, though self-cleaning, still needed the residue cleaned from the bottom of the oven and oven door.

Description of Work: I ordered an Angie's list big deal, originally for spring cleaning 2013, that actually expired just before Christmas. as it was getting close to the expiration date, we tried to contact the company and schedule the cleaning. They replied that they were overbooked, but it would be OK, they could come later and would honor the Big deal. This continued into spring and summer, with the company and us being unable to coordinate a date that worked (family vacations, etc. combined with cleaner's availability made it tough to get a day that worked for both of us). | |The cleaning finally happened in june, when they did it, was very good. the cleaner got the wood blinds absolutely sparkling. The floors looked great. the kids room, which was a mess, was in good shape after she left. the bathroom surfaces were sparkling. They did honor the Big Deal, and they committed to come again and give another hour of cleaning to make up the balance of the Big Deal time. | |except for the difficulty of scheduling, they were fine for housecleaning.

Description of Work: Just didn't meet my expectations. Services were inconsistent in quality.

Description of Work: Charged for 2 FTE per hour but only 1 person did most of work. When I said something the response was what do you want her to do? I personally did not ask for 2 people. Now they will let you have 1 person. Asked for some things not to be heavily wrapped in paper and I was told wrong. Now I can't find things and have mess with paper. Prices too high-they are very nice but prices are high and hours suite them

Description of Work: Did not clean some things completely and some things weren't cleaned at all. The lady who did the work was very friendly, but no attention to detail.

Description of Work: While the person who did the cleaning was very nice, I found many things that were either not cleaned at all or not cleaned completely. In addition, I asked to have the owner contact me to discuss possibly having the house cleaned on a regular basis, but have never heard back from them.

Description of Work: We have used them before and they did a better job of deep cleaning. This time there was just one person who wasn't quite as thorough as previous visits.

Description of Work: Communicating w mgt to settle on a time & date was difficult. Job was done, but only so-so. Ya' get what ya' pay for. At least one person was chatting on the cell phone while working. Never had a housekeeper do that before, but havent used a service in a while. Maybe it's the new normal.
