Description of Work: they did a superior job in my kitchen and both bathrooms. I was 100 percent pleased.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 "deep cleaning of kitchen and 2 1/2 bathrooms" from Angies List in Dec 2014. Couldn't get this company to do the work before Christmas, so tried to schedule in January. Very slow communication. Eventually got an appointment for Jan 23. | |When the cleaners showed up, they told be the deal didn't include cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets. This restriction was not mentioned anywhere in the deal or the coupon's "fine print." The coupon says "Kitchen cleaning includes: cleaning all cabinets and appliances." | |The cleaners connected me with a supervisor, who proceeded to yell at me that I was "manipulating her girls." I offered to read her the coupon I had in my hands and she told me she knew what was in it because she wrote it. Then she hung up on me. | |I asked the cleaning people to leave, so no work was done. Posted a complaint on Angies List and was told that they would try to find a replacement. That was 3 weeks ago. | |So I've filed a claim with my credit card company to get my money back. I'm very upset with the service provider for basically treating me so rudely. And very disappointed with Angies List as well. I want my money back!

Description of Work: They cleaned two full baths and the kitchen, especially the stove.Nancy asked if she could use bleach which I thought was nice because I have sinus issues.Everything was cleaned professionally and the girls were nice.

Description of Work: It seems that what they call deep cleaning is what I call cleaning but the regular cleaners I have do even less.

Description of Work: Carrie and Brittney showed up at the agreed upon time. They introduced themselves, I showed them around and they immediately went to work cleaning. I was more then pleased and would not hesitate to call upon them again. The cost was a deal from Angie's List.

Description of Work: The maids arrived promptly at 0800. They introduced themselves and started to work swiftly. They shined up my kitchen, dining room, living room, hallway, two full baths and two bedrooms in three hours. Left the place smelling great, even cleaned inside my microwave and my ceiling fans. Very pleasant, and nice to my barky little dogs.

Description of Work: The workers arrived on time and cleaned our 5 bedroom, 3 bath home. They were pleasant, cooperative, and hard working. They are very thorough. I will definitely use the service again.

Description of Work: Clean bathrooms and kitchen- did a good job. Wasn't quite as in depth as I had hoped, but good enough for me to continue service.
