A Kays Busy Maids

Description of Work: What I' looking for is help cleaning out two garages (one that is detached, and one that is attached to the home) that are in need of heavy duty cleaning and organizing (ie, declutterring big time). A Kay's contact told me they don't do work outside of the house, and gave me the impression that they do housework only and seemed to be interested in establishing a long-term cleaning schedule which does not interest me at this time. I spoke with an Angie's rep who said they would send me other company options to choose from, but I have not heard further from Angie's.

Description of Work: Two women from the service spent four hours doing deep cleanings of the kitchen and 2-1/2 baths. They were thorough and effective, and they were pleasant to be around. The cleaning was an excellent value.

Description of Work: After leaving the hospital, I was limited as to what I could do, as I sat around the house I was noticing it had been awhile since I last cleaned it. I contacted Angie's list to get referrals and saw Kay's Busy Maids. Reading what they would do for the set price, I chose the best option that fit what I needed. They sent 2 ladies but 1 had to leave early for a doctor's appointment. The other stayed to complete the cleaning. It was done to my satisfaction and better than I normally do.

Description of Work: Requested cleaning of 2 Bath 1/2 bath and floors. She said that was Ok but she used up so much time cleaning bath. Most important for me was the removal of soap on the shower doors. Did not do a good job of that. Said she did not have the right cleaner for it and used windex only, I could have told her that that was not sufficient.I tried it myself. I finally had to clean the shower doors myself, with clr (?) Description of Work: I had the service once before. They finished and left - the work was adequate. Not great. The last offer, was from the same service. They were to have called by the 17th of March. There was no call. I did not feel good about the first service call and thought maybe a second chance would be of some home. It appears the bad feelings were both ways and they never called back on the second time. I did the work myself and it was not too difficult and there is no need to have them follow through. There were several calls to the Angie's List personnel indicating something very similar to what has just been stated. Those calls were from the 17th and maybe were about 4 or 5 calls.

Description of Work: I bought a big deal. The girl who I spoke to about scheduling was nice. I was expecting 2 cleaners, but only one came. It was not a big deal, I just would have liked a little more warning about the change. Cleaning was on par with other cleaning services I have used.
