Description of Work: I was promised that the cleaning lady will arrive at about mid morning to noon, then it was changed to between 12:00 and 1:00Pm at that time I thought they are not coming anymore so I contacted Angie's list customer care informing them that I would like to cancel the job and have my money refunded. After few minutes they showed up so I ended up accepting them to continue the cleaning, but then they started asking a copy of the coupon order number which I cannot produce. So I got a hold of customer care and got the order number but the employees wants a print out copy of the work order number which I didn't know how to go about giving it to them. Next thing I know was she told me that their boss wants them to leave and not continue the work. and left with out continuing the work.

Description of Work: The house cleaning completed was decent, but I have had repeated issues with scheduling and communication. The company seems to agree to jobs they are not prepared or equipped to take on.

Description of Work: I was emailed through Angie's List that the housecleaners would be at my home between 11 and 2 on the date agreed upon. At 2:45pm I still had not heard from them. When I called they said they were on their way but another half hour went by and I had other commitments and could not stay home any longer. I was told that my window of time was actually between 8pm and 5pm. I called Angie's List, cancelled the service and received a refund without the cleaning ever being done.

Description of Work: Well, after asking and confirming a time, I then confirmed twice more only to be told so many different things (regular clients couldn't switch, need to split the job into two days) that I canceled because I needed someone to clean our home on the day I mentioned. When I texted to cancel, she (person whom I was in contact with) said (and I quote) "perfect! You can save money by cleaning yourself." This was not only unprofessional, but immature. Never once did I say I wanted to save money. I just needed someone to showup and clean on a certain day. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, and hope the owner doesn't treat others the way she treated me.

Description of Work: I purchased $99 Deep Cleaning of Kitchen and 2.5 Bathrooms $99.00 The service was scheduled for Tue. afternoon the 7 of July 2015, I talked to one the girls and told her we were having company on July 8 and she assured she would call when she was on her way on the 7th. There was no call and no one came to clean. I called Keri S Kuemmerle, leaving her a message asking her to call me. She never called.

Description of Work: Communicated for 5 days trying to arrange a time to meet Kays maids at the house to provide a key and go over services. After 5 days they said they could not meet at 5:30 any day. When I called Angie's list the marketing dept assisted and my next contact from the service said they were scheduling 2 weeks out when the originally had openings this week.

Description of Work: Very focused on cleaning and did a good job. They forgot to do the oven and fridge but came right back to complete the work when brought to their attention.

Description of Work: They are an outfit whose integrity of service is core to who they are. Keri is an honest provider providing a great service who keeps her word, honors her commitments.
