The women were punctual and very polite. They asked what I wanted cleaned and then got to work. The house looked great when they left. Most things were cleaned, but it was not as thorough as I thought it would be for the price..

When I first purchased the deal, it was difficult to get a hold of this company. I contacted Angie's List to reach out to this company. They finally called me and we set up an appointment. I wanted to be home when they came but they were late so I had to leave before they got there. My cleaning priorities were first the kitchen, bathrooms, and living room. When I got home, no vacuuming was done. Some of the drawers and shelving in the kitchen was not cleaned. The bathrooms were done well. Not very professional.

When I called to make the appointment, she bent over backwards to get me someone to clean on the day that I needed her. The email said two cleaners would come, but there was only one. Her cleaning was better than some I have had, but not as good as others. In the early afternoon she came to me and said, "I have to go now." I didn't know if she was finished cleaning or just needed to leave. It was apparent that she needed to leave as she didn't clean the downstairs bathroom very well. My daughter commented that the lady I pay $100 does a better job than was done here. She didn't clean on top of my armoir, but I found out later that this company does not clean above where they can reach without a stool or ladder (she said it was a safety thing). When the gal from the company called to see how I felt about the cleaning, I told her all this and she was very nice and said they would come out and clean what wasn't done. I told her we had already cleaned what wasn't done. Then she wanted to set up another appointment and I said they charged too much to have them come again.

Shortly after I bought the deal I called and left a message. Keri called me back the next day. We set up a date after Christmas. Rosie came to my house at 8 o'clock, I was still in bed actually. I threw on some clothes, let her in and walked her thru the house to let her know what she didn't need to worry about. This is the first time I have had my house cleaned by anyone other than myself. I felt very comfortable with Rosie, and she did a fantastic job. I spoke with Keri later that day and set up another appointment. I am very happy, no complaints and would recommend Kays Busy Maids to everybody.

I had two ladies for 3 hours. One of them did considerably more and better work than the other. I have a 2500 sqft house and they covered less than half the home. Although I was disappointed in the amount of cleaning done in total, it was a pleasure dealing with the owner.

They were very nice to work in time during the very busy holiday season before my mom moved, even when initial cleaning date was delayed by a delayed closing date. Thanks, so much.

They arrived on time and worked around the carpet installers who were just finishing up. They did a great job and finished in a little over 3 hours. Great workers and great results.

There was a mixup with the scheduling. The cleaner was an hour late. Quality of work was so-so.

For various reasons, I specifically requested a later appointment than the standard 8:30 a.m., which Keri who runs "A Kays Busy Maids" was happy to oblige. On the day of the appointment, Rosi arrived some 15 minutes early (instead of late!), who was both friendly and efficient. In fact, she even finished the job in 5 hours, and I could not believe how beautifully clean everything was! (Which only made me wish I had filed everything away in the home office so that she could clean it too...) I also appreciate greatly the fact that she used only eco-friendly cleaning products, as I remember only too well previous experiences when I'd be suffering for days afterwards from residual chemical sprays. But this time with "A Kays Busy Maids", it was such a great experience that I'll definitely be using their services again, and of course recommend them to all and sundry!

I made an appointment for Oct 27th and they did not show, so we rescheduled for Dec 8 and they did not show or call again.

Advertised as a "crew" of at least 2 workers to clean the whole house. Only 1 worker showed up. When we called the company the woman said she hadn't "read" the ad and was rather rude. She did send another worker. The two workers were very thorough and did a great job. The house looked great when they were done. If the company is going to run an ad they should know what it says and do what it says without the customer having to call. In addition, The person shouldn't argue with the customer.

Our experience was a complete nightmare. This is thanksgiving week. We had people stay with us from out of town and 14 people over for thanksgiving dinner at our house. We scheduled our deep cleaning appointment for Monday. They no-showed claiming that our appointment was Friday. They rescheduled for Tuesday and no-showed again. They rescheduled for Wednesday morning and then claimed we provided them with a Portland address (we live in San Diego and gave her our address complete with zip code). They finally came over Wednesday afternoon and provided 4 hours of cleaning service. It was a half-a** performance and like I said before we had to finish the job. Our house is medium size and was not dirty/messy to begin with. The owner admitted that she gave us 4 hours of service which I do not disbute. You'll notice they offer a 4-hour deal on angieslist for $80, so I asked her if we could get a refund or credit on a future service to make up the difference and she gave us a pathetic response which I would expect her to reiterate to this review. A Kays is added to our "never again" list.

The Kay's Busy Maids crew arrived exactly at the appointment time. They talked with us about the job to be done and got acquainted with the house. After bring in their supplies, they started work and continued without pause until they were finished. When finished, we discussed the job and arranged for regular visits. The whole process was very satisfying and dealing with the crew was excellent. They performed professionally and were very friendly and easy to deal with. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend Kay's Busy Maids.

Keri was very responsive in returning phone calls. She understood my need to worked well with me.

I left her a key, she did a great job and left. I will hire again. Absolutely recommend. And.....when I called I actually spoke to a real person! In this day and time that alone is amazing!

I am an Interior Designer, so I'm a pretty detail oriented perfectionist. They did a beautiful job! The 2 person team was here for almost 7 hours. It would have been a quicker job, had they not had to dust my blinds. They were very pleasant, thorough, and had me do a walk through to make sure I was pleased with everything. I would highly recommend their services.

The two women who came were extremely pleasant and professional. They did a great job in some places and a decent job in others, except for the mirrors which either didn't get done or were really smeary. When my husband came home there were two things he was unhappy about--the mirrors in our bathroom looked like they were foggy and you couldn't really see yourself in them. Also, he lifted the rug by the front door and there was actually dirt under it as well as lines of demarkation where the floor had been wiped. Also, there was a lot of dirt in the corners by the front door as if this had been a last thought--he had entered through the front door, so it was his first impression. I tried not to make the cleaning process too demanding as our house was very dusty, despite trying to keep it pretty picked up--we live right on a canyon and have a dog who brings in bits of everything with her, so I am understanding that there was a lot of dust everywhere to begin with. The thing was that I contributed a lot to cleaning by moving the furniture and getting behind stuff and dusting all the small items so they could focus on cleaning the big stuff, and most of it they did. I think they know how to do a good job, but I was looking for a little more wow the first time if I was going to hire them on a regular basis. However, when I got the price quote, I was stunned at the hourly rate to get my home cleaned regularly. Heck, I was better off skipping work twice a month, and I'm a white collar professional! The first cleaning at the heavily discounted rate for a decent job, but not stellar, cost me around $35/hr (per person). It was nice that they brought their own supplies--which all seemed to be pretty high end. I think that maybe this is just too pricey for an average Scripps Ranch family like mine. Maybe they are priced more for people who live in really wealthy communities. I could hire my kids to help on the weekend to do this for far less and they'd have some nice money to put away for school.

They came out very soon after I purchased the Deal and they did exactly what I expected them to. The entire process was very quick.

Good job with a dusty mess.

Overall I think they could have done a better job if they were more prepared and knew the size of the house, number of bedrooms etc so they could have plan their time better or sent more people. I would of also liked a phone call for a follow up but nobody called.
