A Kays Busy Maids

I purchased an Angie's List deal. After talking to someone to set up the house cleaning, and arranging to miss a day of work to meet them at my home, no one showed up, and no one called to follow up.

They did a really good job. The one thing I did not like was that one of the workers commented it was really expensive and that I got a good deal on it and commented that a couple times. Almost like they wanted me to give them more money. They were good through and I would use them again. They did everything, vacuumed, cleaned bathrooms, windows and really a good deal. They were all really nice. They had three people come to do the work.

I use them many times a month for regular cleaning. We enjoy having them help us out.

I had scheduled 6 hours of housecleaning with this company. The employees apparently came to the house but did not call or knock on my door when the didn't get an answer to the doorbell. I called to reschedule and the supervisor complained that she had to pay her workers $100 even though they did not do the job. I rescheduled a second time and no one showed up, no phone call from the supervisor, no response when I called to inquire what the problem was this time.

Everything went very smoothly and they are such a nice team to work with. On time, detail oriented, and they bring all needed supplies. Which saves me the time from going to home depot.

They arrived on time, had all their own equipment and requested to review the home prior to starting. We discussed concerns and they went to work. Mother/Daughter team. Worked well together, very efficient and thorough. When finished, the house looked and smelled wonderful. They exceeded my expectations in all areas. Very impressed with their attention to the little things. Seemed to really care about the final result and not just try to impress the new client. We were happy with the products they used which did not affect my wife's allergies. We hired them for future cleanings. Would recommend them to others.

When the cleaners arrived, they set up a plan by discussing with me everything that I wanted them to clean. I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom that I share with a roommate and 2 large dogs. My house was in serious need of cleaning. Both the maids who worked in my house were professional and did a great job. After they left, I did not find anything that was overlooked. I was also surprised by how thorough they dusted throughout the house. This was my first time to hire a house cleaning service, A Kays Busy Maids did a great job and I don't see any reason to hire a different company in the future.

The shelves in my front bathroom were not dusted and neither was my mirror. When I went to my back bathroom the shower doors were off the track and I had to call someone to replace them. I was not real happy about that.

They were very thorough, but got maybe half cleaned that I needed cleaned in the time they were here.

I would give this company an A+ in every area of cleaning.

They showed up on time, cleaned thoroughly even with the clutter from our small children (and grown up clutter, too), and made sure everything was perfect.

We are very happy with the results. We feel very comfortable with Kay's coming into our home when we are at work so when we get home the work was done. They did a very detailed cleaning.

It went well. We did have a date and time mis-communication. But they were able to accommodate me at my schedule.

The two ladies arrived at a good time, and cleaned our house, upstairs and downstairs, very efficiently. I was satisfied in every way with their work. We would very much like to have these two ladies (or two others of the same quality, if they are not going to be available, every six weeks.

Keri doubled the price without warning and expected that I would pay because "I could afford it." We had an agreed upon price of $160. The last service date, Keri told me she was exhausted and could she please show up the next day. I said sure and expected her to show up the next day. Instead she texted me and doubled the price to $45/hr per person. I told her I didn't appreciate her not giving me a heads up and asked her to come one more time for the agreed upon price and then we could part ways. She refused to come one more time at the agreed price. Keri has worked with me since August 2012. Her work was good enough for me to keep her at the agreed price, but she was no better then some other housekeepers I've had. She was pleasant and usually showed up on time, but sometimes forgot to do things and one time brought help that was poor. She now works with her mom who is very nice and experienced. My big complaint is that she doubled the price without giving me a heads up. This left me in a bind. I either paid the enormous sum for a housekeeper or was left with a dirty house. I picked the dirty house and now have a very pleasant housekeeper with a reasonable price.

Very thorough and very clean.

Even cleaned baseboards and cobwebs out of the ceiling corners! Two hard working women made my house ready for my mother-in-law to visit. There was nothing missed.

Keri and her mom arrived promptly and asked what I expected to have cleaned. There was no problem communicating what I wanted accomplished with them. They started immediately and worked quickly and efficiently during the entire four hours they were here. I am very pleased with the result and will definitely use them again, and recommend them to my friends.

I purchased a 6 hour 169.00 cleaning coupon. Two workers arrived on time and completed the tasks I gave them.,

Everything the ladies did clean was superb. I just thought I was getting 4 hours and not 2 with 2 people. I had more windows that needed cleaning. Overall, they were very nice and responsive, and came on the same day that I called. Would use them again.

The two ladies showed up on time, were very easy to work with and did an outstanding job cleaning the house. They went over all the floors, cleaned the cabinets, the appliances, the bathrooms, the rugs, the walls, the closets and everything else. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. The person on the phone who set up the work was also very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Firm to anyone who is looking for someone to make their move less stressful.

The service turned out fine. They did a good job.

They didn't show up on the date agreed upon. They missed cleaning the patio which I paid them extra to clean. Once I let them know about the patio they did return and clean it.

Keri and her mom comes every 2 weeks and does a wonderful job. I have three dogs and I very much appreciate the patience and kindness she shows them. And she returns all three dog to their proper places before she leaves.
