They're really good, just very expensive. They charged $150 and the house is like less than 1,000 square feet. They use natural stuff so it doesn't smell like bleach. They came on time, they're efficient, they do the work and the house is clean.

Keri showed up at the job with a puppy in a crate, which she kept in the house the whole time. Not a huge deal, but not ideal either. She asked for the cash upfront, & seemed to have a little bit of attitude throughout the day. She started in one bathroom, spent about 45 minutes in there, apparently talking on the phone. She then proceeded to first clean all the floors in the house. Anyone who knows anything about cleaning knows that floors need to be cleaned LAST, otherwise they get walked & spilled on for the entire duration of the housecleaning process. I stayed out of her way for a couple hours & then she came to me & mentioned (or lightly demanded) that she might need more money because the job was bigger than she thought. I was surprised, asked how much her hourly rate was, because we'd already given her $400 & she had only worked for a couple hours. She got snotty and claimed that SHE spoke English & paid taxes & spouted some other weirdness that I just tried to tune out. I decided to look around and check her work to this point because I already had been rubbed the wrong way by her demeanor, and didn't think we should consider paying more to get the job finished when she'd barely started. (I already felt the cost was a bit high, I used to be a move-out cleaner & would've bid the same job for no more than $250.) Upon inspection, nothing was really getting very clean. The bathroom she'd spent 45 minutes in was "lightly cleaned". The tub was wiped out, the toilet had clean streaks in the bowl so you could see that she quickly made a few swipes at it but by no means cleaned it. The medicine cabinet mirror had not even been wiped, obvious fingerprints everywhere on the large mirror, the faucet handles were still gunky...basically she lightly swiped the surfaces with a damp towel & spent the rest of the time doing who knows what & talking on the phone. (I was very frustrated by the quality at this point, so I took a series of photos of all the areas she had cleaned, for comparison against the photos of "before". As a property manager & personal organizer, I had already taken many detailed photos of the home for my personal records.) At this point, she tells me she's calling in a couple other girls to do the job because she has to go to her night job where she tells me she "makes A LOT of money". As the other girls show up, I hear her tell them the first bathroom is done & not to touch it. I mention that it will need a touch-up & she glares over at me & becomes very confrontational saying SHE will TELL ME when things are done and also tells me that I'd better stay off the floors because she would not be re-cleaning them if I was walking around, even though she knew my husband & I would be there doing basic maintenance throughout the day. At this point, I feel like I've been verbally assaulted & I just want her off the property, so I ignore her as she has said she's leaving. Now there are 3 Spanish-speaking girls (whom I was not introduced to) in the house, they have cell-phones in one hand & rags in the other & Keri leaves. (I only mention that the additional girls were Spanish-speaking because Keri went out of her way to rudely inform me that SHE speaks ENGLISH & that's why we were paying her so much. I could care less who or where the girls were from, but I expected an introduction since Keri was leaving them there for the rest of night.) Overall, the whole situation was unprofessional & Keri's behavior was rude & bizarre. The 3 additional girls did end up doing a pretty fair job, but for the price I expected a deeper clean. I'm shocked reading the other reviews here, and often wonder if people are afraid to review a service poorly. I did notice one other reviewer had a mild complaint, and Keri responded the review in a very rude & flippant manner; that speaks volumes about her ethic.

They did a overall good job. Had to ask them to go back and clean a few things they missed but everything was great when they left. They stayed longer until the job was done which I appreciated.

She had them use eco friendly products but did not feel like the cleaning was as good as it could have been. I thought the price was a little high for the work they did and the hours they did. The girls were nice. When I talked to the owner, she was very professional.

Took off working after I told them what I wanted. Needed no direction from me, and they asked when when they had questions. I was able to work in other part of house while they cleaned. Industrious, fast, thorough, excellent quality, hard working. Careful with occasional fragile objects. The house sparkled after they were finished.

The girls are always on time, and meet every need i request of them and go above and beyond Amazing!!

Keri showed up with her mother. They got straight to work and even stayed late to scrub my kitchen floor. They found many lost items in the window cushions and returned them all to me. Very honest and hardworking.

Keri did an excellent job. I asked her to organize my master bedroom, but she was so good and quick, I had her move on to my daughter's bedroom. She and her mom now come every other week to clean for me. They do an excellent job and very pleasant to work with. At the time of this writing (6/13) they have been working for me about 9 months.

I wasn't really happy with the service. She was too personal, she didn't do a good job cleaning. It was more just superficial. None of the blinds were dusted. It was hard to get in touch with her for phone calls. It was back and forth with her and with texting. She didn't answer her phone. It wasn't good, we didn't follow up with her. We didn't have her come back.

A Kays Busy Maids are fantastic - they arrived on time and were very thorough. I have utilized other organizing / cleaning services that are more expensive and not nearly as good. I highly recommend.

It went very well. The two workers were efficient, courteous and thorough. I look forward to having them on some kind of a regular basis.

The two ladies that they sent have been excellent. I would hire them permanently if I did not have a regular housekeeper.

They were supposed to be here at 8am. At 0750 the girl that spoke English called me and she really sounded like she just woke up. She didn't say anything the first couple of times I said hello. Then she said they were lost and they were near Target. They got here 40 minutes later. What made it worse was I was taking time off from work. Target is three minutes away. They did decent job but I had to go behind them and have them dust areas they missed or just "dusted around." They were nice but I don't think the second girl spoke any English. I considered using them again but not when I found out it would be $250 per visit twice a month, or somewhere around $300 once a month. That pretty much was the end of that. I don't have $500.00 extra dollars per month, and I tip on top of that. They were nice ladies which is why it has taken me so long to respond to this survey. I don't like to dog people, but this was my experience.

They were running a few minutes late, but got right to work and did a really good job. The agent also gave my daughter some additional advice on how to reduce her allergic reaction to the dust getting into her older home. (she has tried them and they have helped) The service was well done .

Because of the height of the project Kate said she needed to see the house. An hour after our appointment to meet I called and she was waiting for me in Oceanside. I live in Hillcrest. Kate explained that her maids could only go up 4 feet so she or her partner would have to do it. They didn't show but the maids who did show up had no ladder and no knowledge they supposed to clean up high . They canceled.I talked to Keri, rescheduled and took time off work again. The girls arrived early morning instead of afternoon which is when they were scheduled. Second appointment - no ladder. I had to provide ladder which made me liable if something happened. I came out of my office and found the second maid standing on a 150 yr. dinning room chair. The work her girls did was great but Keri management style is unprofessional. It cost me quite a bit of time which is really what I was trying to save.

Keri is fantastic! I've used her services twice and she is super nice, very thorough, and does a great job of cleaning and organizing. I will definitely use her services in the future and recommend her to others.

My Mother loved the results and called to thank the owner for the great work that the ladies did at the house. Everyhting was cleaned top to bottom and exactly what my Mom requested for problem areas to be certain they were done well. She will use this provider again on an hourly basis.

The above last contact date is approximate, as I frankly lost count after the third phone call to schedule the cleaning service. A Kay Busy Maids are apparently "too busy" to return calls and don't need new customers. In the end, I lost the entire money I payed for the Angie's List Special, and received no service. This was a very disappointing experience for me, as Angie's List is a "go to" site for me when I am searching for new service providers. Natalie Ikizalp

See above. I did not use these folks as I live in Indiana and they are located in California. I tried to give them an "A" because I didn't think the other grades pertained (and it was a required field) but it wouldn't let me, saying that the grade of A was too high for this reference.

The Mother and Daughter team were hard working, professional and efficient. My kitchen floor never looked so good after they cleaned and scrubbed the tile. I just gave them a list and worked hard completing everything that I listed.
