We are very satisfied with the work.

Two ladies were assigned to our house. The primary woman was very efficient & conscientious. I wasn't as pleased with the quality of her assistant's effort and thoroughness (when vacuuming the couch, she vacuumed over the through pillows instead of under them), We were pleased with the overall appearance of the house when they were done.

On time and very pleasant. Completed house cleaning as arranged - nothing to rave about but also nothing to complain about.

They did everything as mentioned in the ad except cleaning the track of the sliding glass windows. They should not mention it if they aren't going to do it. Everything else was cleaned very well.

The daughter of the mother daughter team failed to show not just today but last week as well. The mother is older and consequently the job takes twice as long while the cleaning is only adequate. Frankly I am disappointed. When the daughter shows up, I would more than give them a passing grade.

They were here on time and they worked the whole time. They were also very personable and professional. They did a great job.

Getting that room cleaned out of old materials and fabrics feels great. I dreaded going in to work because things were old and not usable. Now I can see everything I have to work with, where it is and will not hesitate to keep the new concept of "if it is more than a year old and you don't use it, get rid of it". It was one of the best exercises in I really won't use this and maybe someone else could, thus the Good Will Store. Now I can breathe and get my artistic energy going when I go into the sewing room. Before it was overwhelming. Take a deep breathe! My assistant, Nancy, would not let me carry the heavy bags downstairs. I have a bad back and she jumped right in and did the heavy lifting. I would recommend Kay Busy Maids for anyone who wants to tidy up an area and just can't get going without some outside guidance and organizational skills. Thanks Kay Busy Maids!

The services I got from A Kays Busy Maids worked out great. There was nothing we disliked about them. They were on time. They did the job very quickly. They did a very, very good job. We're very pleased with them. They came out on the day we set up on the time we set up.

They arrived on time and took off in two directions. They vacuumed my Persian rugs and swept and damp moped all of my wood floors. They cleaned all of the tile floors. They cleaned all three bathrooms and kitchen and polished my granite countertops. I never had to say a word. Keri has worked for me on and off. The only reason that I don't have her all of time is that I have a lady who has worked for me for 20 years. When she is unable to come, I call Teri. She has always found time for me. Teri is great. I am so glad that I found her on Angie's List.

It went terrible. The man who came to do the cleaning was lacking supplies and training. The owner of the company came by with her dog to give an estimate. I felt it was very unprofessional to bring the dog.

There were some communication glitches . The team arrived an hour Early with no call . By chance I was home. I was expecting the Owner for whom I was paying for but she called the next day To apologize and see how it went. She then gave me a price for the whole house which was much Reasonable than the 270 which included overtime. Seems its more if you want girls who speak English. Little confused about pricing . Bottom line is Rosy a Ody were easy to work with and a Very nice job.

It went great and everything got finished in time for my sister to visit

We have utilized their whole house cleaning service. They are very thorough and have not refused any request so far. They bring all their own supplies and vacuum. We have more than one dog and they are very comfortable with them. We have a lot of dog hair and they take care of it with a smile. We recommend their services.

From first phone contact to end-of-job my experience with A Kays Busy Maids was positive. Arranging a cleaning date was not complicated, and both the owner of the business and her mother arrived on time ready to work . They were very accommodating - several things were going on in the house at once - as they worked their way through the house, including my teenager's room. They stayed even longer than the two hours in order to complete everything. The house is spotless, and I will likely call them again when I need another cleaning. Thank you, A Kays Busy Maids!

I thought they did a great job. Very pleasant Mom and daughter team. I have had the same job performed by others for $80.00 so I know it can be done for less. The other team also included the oven, fridge & window in their price. The only reason I did not stay with the other group is because the person who scheduled their visits was not reliable and several visits were missed. I know Keri and I agreed on $100.00 - for future cleaning - I'm hoping we can just rotate the cleaning of the oven and windows when needed and not charge more to clean those items.

It was absolutely terrible. They didn't clean. They were late, they got lost. I actually was having it cleaned because we were having a party so my mom was here while I have to go to a reception before the party. They said that my mom was rude to them and abrasive on the phone because she didn't want to give them my cellphone number because that would have interrupted me during my reception, which my mom did give them and they called me in the middle of the reception. I didn't know if that point should I just call the whole thing off or what but I proceeded with it and it just went downhill from there. They came in in flip flops, little shorts and tank tops and ran around my house barefoot. That was the other thing that was extremely disgusting. I was not expecting that.

I have used Kay's Busy Maid Service for several months and I am very happy with the service that they provide. The staff is very efficient and friendly.

After a series of mis-communications and cancellations on our both parts, we finally were able to schedule this project. Two people came to complete the job, offering good suggestions and ideas about how I could more effectively use the closet space and clear the floor and table tops in my home office. The effect was so impressing that it inspired me to continue on other organizing projects. I have never used a professional organizer before, so I was a little surprised that she didn't come with some storage boxes, wall hooks, etc. to complete the project. Fortunately, my handy husband was home and we had all of the items they sought to improve the outcome of the job. In the end, I am happy with the results! Thanks!

Actually, they didn't do an excellent job. There was still grease left on my counter top and I had to tore about after they left and I had given them some cabinet cleaner and special cabinet cleaners to do my cabinet and some of the cabinets were missed. You know I was trying to avoid giving bad feedback. It wasn't as good as I expected what I wanted was my cabinet and my counter top to be really clean. I would not use them again.

I thought this price was a little high. It did not seem like a great deal. Refridgerators and appliances were not included.

Keri was great! Accommodating and responsive in scheduling our service and keeping informed as to exactly when she'd arrive. As soon as she got here, she and her assistant dove right in and worked all out for 2 hours (that was the coupon deal). We're very happy with the service and will likely use her again.

The house looked amazing. I left for work that morning and when I came home, the house was spotless! They did a really great job and I will be looking into them coming every other week to keep the place clean!
